It is beautiful. I was thinking about buying it but it is not sold in any stores near me. I can not get polish sent to my PO Box and it is not always easy for shipping companies to get to my house, so I try to avoid that

Idk why they sell Nicole by OPI in every store here but no one sells OPI otherwise. That stinks. Anywho, I am going to try to work it out. lol. My relative who sometimes took care of packages for me just moved away.
I've never seen OPI here.

Maybe ask one of us to send it to you?
I haven't found it here either so I emailed them because their search wouldn't work. They said JCPenney

I had that problem when I first started wearing it. Now I use China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat and I can get about 5 days out of a mani and a few weeks out of a pedi. The best way to use it is to paint the top coat on your nails and then while it is still tacky, paint your first coat of polish on. It really does help it stick for me.

Holiday nail art - MSN Living

Just saw this on MSN. Posting for inspiration. There are some really cute manis for the holidays. The green water marble that looks like a Christmas tree and the Grinch were two of my favorites.

Just picked up Gems by Milani. Tried it over China Glaze The Ten Man (in the store). Looks fun!

Not to totally derail this thread cut could you nail buffs give me some suggestions on good nail tools and polishes and also if you would recommend a stamping kit. I wanted to put together something for Christmas for my girls.

Today is facial & mani/pedi day! It has to be. I have done nothing but repaint my chipping Ruby Ring polish. I need some personal TLC time.

Yesterday I bought Enchantress by Nicole/OPI. It is a beautiful color but I am not sure if I want to use it today.

I am in the mood for something darker.

I can not do without a 4 way file. One that removes edges, buffs ridges, smooths the nail, and shines. I have had one of those on hand for years, even when I hardly wore polish.

I have the As Seen On TV stamping kit. It is the only one I have tried.

Nail stickers and stones might be a nice treat for your girls. Also some of the mini polish kits. I saw a wet and wild yesterday that had 10 different mini bottles of polish.

curlysue, what about some of those things that just press onto the nail that are different prints or colors? I forget what they're called, not a press on nail, but it's like colors/prints that you put on instead of painting them.

Growing up I always thought those toe separators were neat, even though I never had one. They just seemed like such a grown up thing to use for painting toes.

Christmas colors are in order, tho nothing fancy (not that I get much fancier than dots anyway) since I will be doing major baking later in the week.
Sally Hansen Insta Dri in Jumpin' Jade and Racin' Red. Some extra sparkle on accent nails is Kleancolor in Bite Me (a gorgeous glitter that isn't done justice on camera) and Orly in Meet Me Under The Mistletoe.

I always wanted the toe separators when I was younger too.

I have stumbled upon 50 Shades of Grey nail art. Pretty humorous.

They are more fingernail painters than toenail painters. But they are cute!

I thought about the stickers but thought it might stifle their creativity lol. I was thinking about getting some brushes and a dotting tool with lots of cotton balls because I am tired of them using mine!

My oldest follows cutepolish on Youtube for all her ideas. And then practices on her sister.

I thought about that stamping kit but didn't know if there was a better one that others tried or prefer. I know my youngest would like that because it makes it easy.

Polish is definitely going in but some work better than others. I didn't know if anyone could recommend certain brands over others.

They never could get the stickers to work (I think I got them last Christmas!) But the jewels might be neat!

There are tons of little trinkets they could have fun with!

I have heard several people say that there are better stampers out there that can be ordered, but regardless of what you first use, it takes practice. You have to play around a great deal with polishes and learn to use just the right amount of pressure, etc. It is worth a go, though.

I seem to have the same wear with polishes. One bottle might be perfect, the next of the same brand might be thick... It happens with all of them. I use anything from wet & wild and NYC to Orly and China Glaze. I just grab a pretty color
