YUCK! Most of those are creepy! The long nails (both hands and feet) make me want to hurl.

The gold foil ones were the only sane ones, oh and the astroturf if it's just the fuzzies is ok.

Since I decided to browse the thread, I decided to re-try the dots.

Its still not as good as the original, but its better than my last attempt.

eta: nail colors are: Mark. (it was on the Avon site) in Industrial (it looks a lot grey-er in the bottle then on my nails... somehow it has a purple-y hue) with the matching plum Mark. dots, Avon (for the green) and Nicole for the pink/peachy color. I'll get the exact names when I get home. The only one I know is the base color.

An update on liquid sand. I'm in love. 6 days until there was slight end wear and chipping. It was super easy with the remover/foil trick to take off. Much easier than a lot of my glitters. I'm definitely buying more and can't wait for the similar Zoyas to come out.

I just placed my Zoya order. I ordered Blaze, Aurora, and Logan from the holiday 2012 collection and Nyx, Godiva, and Dahlia from the Pixie Dust collection. I think those don't ship until Feb. 1, though, but I'm excited to try them. I may get the other 3 pixie dust colors at some point because they're all so pretty but my wallet can't handle getting them all at once! I'm really loving the Lovely collection, too; they remind me of Easter eggs. Sigh...so many colors, so little money!

I bought 4 polishes. Orly and China Glaze are bogo right now which made me happy because I've been wanting more Orly. I live the formula and it wears really well for me.

Green with Envy (more of a aquaish), Snowcone, Whirled Away (white hex, black smaller hex, and black bar glitter), and Def Defying (for DD her fave neon color and yes it's neon in person). Tonight I'm doing Green with Envy and a Whirled Away accent nail. Ill post pics tomorrow. I'm loving it.

I bought Revlon's base/top coat combo.

Not a direct violation of my "no buy" because it's replacing the base/top coat that I currently have (and may last 2-3 manicures max).
