Pic 1- Last stage in my last mani. Sinful Colors Let's Talk, Essie Shine of the Times gradient and a coat of NYC matte top coat.

2nd pic- I should have tried to get some of the stains of my nails before doing this manicure. I look like a chain smoker. One Coat Wet n Wild Break the Ice. Stamped with the Sally Hansen Insta Dry Whirlwind White and Konad M60 plate. Final coat of Break the Ice. Overall it is too subtle to see IRL. I think I will try making swirl shapes with a dotting tool some time and see if that gives me the lace like look I'm trying for.

I caved and painted them. Haven't cleaned up yet.

Stay the Night. The look reminds me of and old 80s velour outfit. Dark with red glitter. It does feel like sandpaper. It wasn't easy to put on. I don't know if its the formula or the tiny brush handle due to the tiny bottle. The brush bristles were wider than the bottle opening.

On the plus side, I have all the colors for about the cost of one full size bottle.

Hair length is to my bra strap, it's fine textured, but the density is thick, not much elasticity, Naturally Blonde but Color treated because of graying going on

I did my nails with Layla Ceramic Effect # 62. I was looking at my polish collection and I noticed I am drawn to the blue polishes with silver running a close second. I think my New Year Resolution can be to go for other polish colors.

Avon Nailwear Pro in Pink Power

I haaate working with this formula. It's hard to be neat, and since it takes 2+ coats and ample drying time, great patience is necessary. But this is the finished product after 7 hours of hosting birthday parties.

Sinful Colors in Ardoise (yes, I had to look it up to see what it meant). I thought this color would look hideous on me but it was so pretty in the bottle and was only $1 so I had to buy it. It's not too terrible on my pasty winter skin.
