I ain't thirsty. There's plenty of fish in the sea, but I don't want all of them, can I have some standards? Or do we just have to settle, for someone's who meh and will do.

Today I have on China Glaze Hologlam in When Stars Collide. This is a very interesting color from the collection its a lovely dark maroon color and it has a more stronger holo effect then others in this collection. In the shade and most natural lighting, the polishes appeared to look like they have a suede finish, wich I found to be pretty neat sort of like getting a 2 for 1 look. Once in direct lighting or in the sunshine the holo effect is pretty, just not as strong as other brands I have. I did not have any application problems. No base coat but others had sugested using an aqua base coat. I used 2 coats of the polish over my natural nail and had no balding patches. I also did not put on a top coat as I was afraid it would dull the holo since I read that these were not strong holos. I was thinking of adding a coat of my homemade holo top coat to make it more stronger holo but so far I have left it alone

Orly's Sweet Peacock. The pinky is true to color unfortunately I added a top coat to the other three nails and dulled the micro glitter (insert pouty face lol)
I really forgot how much I loved this color in the midst of my buying frenzy. I will not buy any new polish until I go through all my existing polishes. I'm thinking about going through color families staring with my blues! Might try to tie this into the April nail art challenge below

Jeepy- I'm wearing Wet 'n Wild I Need a Refresh Mint right now.
Betty U- Love that blue and blue in general. I can't wait to see your other blues.

Pic 1: OPI I Think in Pink, 3 coats, not great on me. I read on the internet that if you put a top coat between layers and let it dry completely the polish will become opaque in fewer coats. *insert loud buzzer noise* I tried it with this polish and with Wet 'n Wild Megalast Sugar Coat on my Easter mani. It didn't work for either.

Pic 2: With Wet 'n Wild Candylicious as a French tip. I liked my mani better this way. I used my new amazon nail brush set to paint the tip. I got much better results then my 2nd grade art skills could get without using the brushes.

I'm going to regret this when It's time to remove. Blue glitter over gold glitter. More color and sparkle in person.

I just ordered this nail stamping plate and I'm so excited. It has Ukrainian nesting dolls (Matryoshkas) and a winter sweater image. And the images look like they are large enough for my nails. 2nd link says the images measure 1.6 x 2cm. I'm part Ukrainian and I love Matryoshkas!

Milani Digital. It's a 3D Holo. I was feeling girlie and wanted a pink, but now I'm feeling like it's too nude/neutral for me. I don't usually wear such soft colors, especially pink. But the holo shine is amazing!

I just had a gel polish French manicure done for my sister's wedding. I love my nails but my hands have been so dry! Can anyone recommend a good moisturizer?

I found this link that also shows how to get this look for anyone interested in the DIY way.
