Post your favorite cookies!

Oh my goodness, there's no way I could choose one favorite...cookies should be their own food group as far as I'm concerned But, for store-bought cookies, Oreos are definitely at the the top of my list...dunked in milk until they're soft...yum!

Turtles: omg please don't put that in your moo moo

Nej: too late... moo moo has been infiltrated.
I like very plain cookies. My fave is Lorna Doones, dipped in hot tea or milk. Also like Pecan Sandies.

My mom used to make what I called crust cookies. Just pie crust which she made from scratch with real butter and cinnamon and sugar. The best.
2/c and some 3A. Modified CG.
Protein sensitive
Highly porous. Color over grey.
Best 1st day method: Super Soaker
Conditioners: Curl Junkie Beauticurls Strengthening Conditioner,
Deep condish: Curl Junkie Curl Rehab
Stylers: Experimenting with cones & sulfates while the dews are high.
Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.
Every day is a gift
I made these last week:

Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookie Sandwich | Picky Palate

I had a tub of pre-made cookie dough so I didn't use the recipe listed here.

They were pretty awesome! The only issue is that the dough spread too leaving a lot around the Oreo. I don't really see what about this recipe would make a non-spready cookie, though.

Next time I make them I may use one of Alton Brown's variations on the Toll House recipe... perhaps The Puffy.

OMG wd, I think I just had an orgasm. Those are my two favorite cookies. Damn I want to make these now!

My favorites are McD's chocolate chip cookies. Yes I said McD's. Also Samoas and exactly what Jaynee said about Oreos. I drown them in milk.

CP my mom used to make those "crust cookies" for me whenever she made pie! One of my favorite memories!

Alton Brown's Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Absolutely, without a doubt, THE BEST chocolate chip cookies on this fuzzy green earth. Be sure to chill the dough thoroughly before you bake, though. I've found that's the difference between "Mmmmm, good cookies," and "HOLY CRAP THESE ARE FRACKING AWESOME DID YOU MAKE THESE????"
"And politically correct is the worst term, not just because it’s dismissive, but because it narrows down the whole social justice spectrum to this idea that it’s about being polite instead of about dismantling the oppressive social structure of power.
Fun Fact: When you actively avoid being “PC,” you’re not being forward-thinking or unique. You’re buying into systems of oppression that have existed since before you were even born, and you’re keeping those systems in place."
Stolen.
Nestle Tollhouse cookies made with 1/2 a stick of butter-flavored Crisco, a stick of butter, and Mexican vanilla.

Like MichelleBFT, these cookies THRILL people. I mean, THRILL, they are that yummolicious.

My second favorite kind of cookie is my Grandma's frosted ginger creams.

My third favorite is my family's snickerdoodle recipe - KILLER. People go gaga over them.

And my final favorite is my own chocolate drops - super cocoa-y and soft and freakin' fabulous with a cup of coffee.

I LOVE cookies. Cookies are my favorite dessert ever. I love to make 'em and I love to eat 'em and I'm going to go bake chocolate chip cookies right now.

ETA: Honorable mention's gotta go to my mom's oatmeal cookies - chewy yumminess. Yummy chewiness.

I love sugar cookies! I've posted pictures in the food thread before. Here are my latest cookies. I made these for my best friend's baby shower a few weeks ago.

I think that I deceive genius.
My favorite cookies are simple sugar cookies. I don't like them frosted all that much, but I love them with a bit of coarse sugar sprinkled on them. I love them plain or with peppermint, almond, or orange extract. I also love chocolate sugar cookies with a bit of cinnamon mixed into the dough.

Yeah, this thread made me make snickerdoodles and then eat them.
