If you're walking wobbly that is probably why your boyfriend is concerned our men do not like to see us in pain. Once you get the hang of it walk with confidence put some pep in your step he will love it. This may come across as silly but watch this video YouTube - Fashion & Style Tips : How To Walk in High Heels it's about walking in heels it has some good pointers. You can also opt for a thicker heel like these heels High Heeled Retro Pumps I don't really like this style of the shoe but it's an example of a thick heel. On Heels and Pumps at Macy's - Stylish Heels, High Heels Shoes, Pumps Shoes - Macy's and other webistes on the side of the page you can select shoes by heel height. DSW carries alot of comfort shoes Eurosoft Vivi Sandal - DSW . HTH
Thanks for the tips!! Actually, I'm only a few inches shorter than my bf so he doesn't like it too much when I catch up to him! You're probably right though that if I was more confident (and therefore sexy!) he'd appreciate them more. I actually own one pair of say 1 1\2 inch heels and boots with a thicker heel at about 3 inches and I have mastered both so I guess I should just try to move up slowly.. And find occasions to wear them!

That's hilarious about your boyfriend now I understand why he may have an issue but hopefully he will be fine with it down the road; if he isn't oh well too bad LOL you have to do what makes you feel your best. So you already know how to walk in heels that's great ! I thought you were wobbling all over the place, LOL!

Men and their insecurities... Lol!

i just watched the youtube vid you posted ealier and I figured it out!!! I have pretty long legs to start of so I tend to take long strides. BIG NO NO in heals!!! I just dug out my prom shoes (stilettos, wth was I thinking is right..) and had to try it! If I take too long of strides, i start to wobble, small, confident strides, no problem!!! Thank you so much!

Church.
You're like 3 inches closer to God in those red shoes!
I thought of this thread when I read this shoe blog:

I think they are different shoes, but similar silhouette/look.

Spidey, I wore them yesterday and I like them. Slightly uncomfortable on my left toes, but no blisters so it's all good! They didn't feel high at all.

They're by MIA, right? Same shoes! To me they feel higher than they look but are still very comfy. I'm wearing mine again today

And that is the truth. I hate most clothes shopping, but I'll happily shop for shoes.

I think I've said it before:

TRBL + What Not to Wear = $4900 worth of shoes

I have a shoe dilemma, curlies. I ordered my chosen pairs yesterday with the intention of keeping just one. I hoped one pair would be clearly superior, but not so. They cost about the same (one pair about $20 more), and they're in essence different shades of pink. I'm tempted to keep both, but I really shouldn't!

OMG Nynaeve! Me too!!

Saria, I'm not really the right person to ask, since you know I'll say keep both. If I absolutely had to choose, I'd go with the 2nd pair. Or maybe the first. GAH I DON'T KNOW!!!
