What's for lunch?
As the 'What's for dinner thread?' was such a success I thought I'd copy the idea but for lunch.
I'm having french baguette pizzas.

I really want tacos de lengua (beef tongue tacos) for lunch. Maybe I'll go search for some.

I'd like to go out for Thai but I'm not sure my schedule will allow that.

The caf is serving "roasted turkey dinner." I will have the sliced turkey, gravy, one order of green beans (cooked w/ bacon) and one order of Brussels sprouts. Large iced tea.

I'm having brunch today:
Spring salad mix with black olives and beet-pickled-hard-boiled egg slices.
Yogurt with lemon curd, apple slices, and a little granola mixed in.

Vegetarian Indian from the cafeteria at work -- rice, garbanzo beans and okra with tomatoes. Amazingly good considering it's from the caf. And a small green salad for later.

I took leftover toasted white beans and kale, sauteed mushrooms and roasted asparagus and put them into a quesadilla with a mix of cheeses. It's all nice and crispy on the outside from the butter and ooey gooey on the inside. Love.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I'm having this again so I can use up some eggs. But today I've managed to burn it a bit.
