southern, I LOVE the first dress!
I'm now help for shoes since I only seem to wear flip flops, oxfords, biker boots, and sneakers.

I want that dress Webbie posted and the first one RCW posted too. I really love when other people post things I could actually see myself wearing. Then I have ideas when I shop...left up to me, I'm hopeless about picking out cute stuff.

This is the dress I wore yesterday. I liked it for the A line skirt and the bra friendly straps. The print and colors were fun too.

I got it at Dress Barn, but the dress is no longer on the site so I can't post a link.

Okay. I have 3 dress options for the wedding. I wanted color...but just couldn't find anything really in a solid color. I'm posting links...just because you can zoom in...on all the details. It's a church wedding...

Option 1

Suzi Chin Maggy Boutique Ruched Jersey Dress | Nordstrom

Option 2

Mini-Stripe Cotton Sundress - White House | Black Market

Option 3 - They don't have the version online that I bought in store. This dress is pretty much the same...only I bought solid navy.

Loose Dots Print Jersey Dress: Dresses: ANN TAYLOR

I found these shoes that I love...they go with the solid colors...not sure about the strapless.

BP. Platinum 'Medina' Sandal | Nordstrom

Thoughts? I will try to post pics of me in the dresses as soon as I can...

I agree with this! I think a heeled sandal (even a low heel) would be more flattering and show off your legs better.

Thanks for sharing - its nice to put a face to a "name" after all these years!

I like them all for the most part. The mid calf length might be dicey on me, but the model pulls it off well.

I like #2, and like it better with the straps option.

#3 is my favorite, though they put the model in some ugly shoes!

The shoes you picked are really pretty!

inherited,
Love dress #1 and think it would look great with the gorgeous shoes you picked out.

This is the dress I told sariroo I would post pics of if I got it. Being that it's going to be 80s temps today, that's good enough for me!

Saria, you're just so darn pretty. And that dress is adorable, I love it!!! I showed DH so he could see who the goodies were from that he missed out on "She's VERY pretty"

I was just thinking about this thread yesterday since we've warmed up so much and hoping someone would post.

Saria, great dress! I wish we were having good enough weather for cute dresses, but here in CA we are barely hitting 70and it rained yesterday...not cool! Anyway, here is the dress I'm wearing to my tea party bridal shower in 2 weeks.
I'll be wearing a floppy black hat with it and probably different shoes.
