thelio, I love those! So cute. Chloe, those are all adorable.

I want to wear ALL the sandals. Why oh WHY do they all have to be so flat and thin? I could never walk in those for long before my feet would start killing me.

I really think the Sseko sandals are adorable, but I'm pretty sure they'd kill my feet. Womens Sandals, Shoes and Flip Flops| Sseko Designs - Sseko Designs

And I really wanted these, but the foot bed looks like it would be slick and slippery (yes, my feet sweat a little even in flip flops) and maybe kind of heavy. But the colors!! So pretty! And sparkly!!

When she starts selling them, I'll let you know!

its a small family business and they are help builing up the village, by maling and selling this homemade shoes. this season she should even have black leather sandles.

Ooh I want a pair of these! I'm flip-flop deficient and tend to have trouble walking in them but I'd wear these for short periods at least. Where? That link above? (it won't load at work go figure)

MissB, those are at Women's KENNETH COLE REACTION Glam Stud Pewter Metallic Shoes.com

If you end up getting them let me know what you think. I'm scared my feet might turn black with those black ones. I could see wearing them a LOT if they were comfortable though.

My three pair of sandals came in today and it's not looking promising. I pulled the red strappy ones out, put them on and loved them instantly until I took a step in them. They do that stupid squishing air sound when you step. WHY!!!! Why on earth does someone distribute a shoe that makes a noise with each step. I'm so mad because they're pretty comfy and cute, but there's no way I can deal with that noise.

The other two pair I'm still trying out. The red Orthaheel flip-flops have a really high arch, but I'm going to wear them around the house for a bit and see how it goes. It definitely aligns my ankle/leg when I put them on though, but they're just so darn hard. The brown Orthaheel thongs are so cute and the arch isn't quite as pronounced, but I think my feet may be too wide for them.

Lawd have mercy, y'all...this shouldn't be so difficult! I just want a pair of cute comfortable sandals that I can wear without my feet killing me.

I'm thinking NO is the correct answer. I'm so mad I don't have new shoes to wear out today.

I saw some cute Aerosoles sandals on the shoes.com site and I'm going to check out their store at the outlet mall when we go next Friday.

I don't think so I've pretty much given up on summer shoes and spend most of my time in a pair of Birkenstocks or a pair of Reef flip flops, both of which are about 8 years old at this point.

My feet are just too sensitive for most summer shoes. I get blisters from nearly anything strappy. I also can't wear anything barefoot where the footbed isn't made of something semi absorbent - if it's leather, or plastic, or anything where the skin gets kind of sweaty and sticks to it, the skin on the ball of my foot gets intensely sensitized and by the end of the day it feels like I'm walking on open wounds.

I was looking at those sandals and came across some others with the over-toe strap thingy. I'm wondering if I'd have an easier time in flip-flops if I wore that kind...

Last summer, DH won a gift card to The Walking Company. He gave it to me and I chose these, which I happen to wear this afternoon.

I finally just said eff it and got these:

I couldn't decide on the color! I really want scarlet, nah I want them all. They're a bit expensive for flip-flops though being Merrell. (Merrell Women's Hollyleaf)

I got these yesterday at an outlet mall. They're much cuter in person and so sparkly I can't even stand it. I needed some tacky sparkle for my feet, y'all. So far I've only worn them around the house, but the foot bed is pretty comfortable and we'll see how it goes when I wear them out for a day.
