I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Hope Springs. It's a little disconcerting watching Merle Streep and Tommy Lee Jones talk about sex for 2 hours, but they are both just so great. Cute movie.

Hoping for Hotel Transylvania later.

The Accidental Husband. I love Uma Thurman and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, but Colin Firth = swoon!

Sinister. One of the better/scarier/freakier movies I've seen in awhile. I screamed out loud a few times while watching it in broad daylight in my own house.

I am dying to see that movie, but I am so, so scared.

Excision. Fifi is right, this is disturbing and weird and odd. Not for the weak of stomach or anyone who can't stand the sight of blood.
Has some actors in it I like, especially Malcolm McDowell.

Brave. I'm not a fan of animation but I needed something lighthearted to end the day. Some laugh out loud moments and a fun movie. And all that curly hair was fascinating.

^ I did not like that movie. I waited for the moment when it would come clear what was going on, but I never really understood it.

The ending is quite horrifying. I'm still thinking about it today.

The original version of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is one of my favorite movies. I will have to put it on my list to watch again.

Tonite is Dexter and The Mentalist.

I will give it a rating of okay to pretty good. Nothing to rave about, but not bad. It was funny in parts, sweet, and given the plot... depressing.

Some parts did seem to drag, but that might just be my mood rather than the movie. I am still glad I watched it, even though I kept thinking about what I would do with my 21 days until the end of the world.

Now it's time to watch an episode or two of Modern Family, S2.

It was. When it took a turn from warped, odd and bizarre (which I love) to... OMG, OMG, OMG... I was in shock. It did have some tremendous acting, and I was glad to see Tracy Lords in something again. She adds the right amount of campy to anything.

It is true though, not for those with a weak stomach, overly sensitive (remotely even, when it comes to this movie), or faint of heart.

**In other news, I LOVED BRAVE!! Such a good movie.

Was the original version of "Girl" better, jeepy?
