I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I have never seen any of this. How do I not know about this??? I lurve me some PBS!!! Anyhoo, because of this post, I searched for Downton Abbey and found it on Netflix!!! I know what I'm watching tonight when the kiddos go to bed!!!!!!!!!!!!

This afternoon however, we watched Stuart Little which when it was over, my husband said, "That is one of my favorite kids' book." I didn't know that!!!

OHMYGOSHIMSOEXCITED!!!

When we started on the first season I swear we burnt the midnight oil watching it. We'd watch an esisode and it would be late already, but we'd say "Ok, just one more...then we'll be go to bed..." I'm so glad season 3 has started here, it's one of my favorite shows.

We were going to start Dexter tonight (anyone here watch it??), but Mr. Spring has a playdate with his buddy online for a video game so Dexter got nixed. Maybe tomorrow night.
I am hooked (and sleepy, ahem.) Why, why, WHY does Netflix not have the second season??? Off to google it ..........

ETA: according to Amazon reviewers, the show shown in the US is abridged from the UK version. Is this true??? Waaaaaaaah!

I don't know if it's the abridged version and I don't wanna know. If we don't actually get ALL of it, I don't want to know so I can avoid being sad. haha

Hmmm. I don't know if the Downton Abbey I watch is the British or American version. I watch them online while they are being shown in Britain (so I'm long done with Season 3) and would assume it's the British version. If not, I guess I wouldn't know what I was missing anyway.

Silver Linings Playbook. Disliked parts of it, was uncomfortable during parts of it, liked parts of it, really liked the last half hour.
I did love De Niro in this. Not his usual character.

Springy, I love Dexter but I have watched little to none of the latest season. I have them all recorded, I just need to have a murderous marathon.

Over the past couple of days I have used my free time to catch up on AHS S2. I was never able to pay attention when it aired, or was in a mood. So glad I sat down and watched. It was fantastic.

I just knew it.

You have a polka vibe.

Btw, that one part looked really difficult!

We watched The Paperboy this past weekend. At first we thought "this is one strange movie," but then we got involved in the story and characters. I think when it finished we both thought we liked it. I know that is a strange review, but I guess you would have to watch it to understand. I will say I can totally see why Nicole Kidman has been nominated for some awards for her character. She was fantastic in the part.

I have been wondering if anyone liked this as much as me. I love a good suspense movie and feel this TV show is just that, a weekly continuation of a suspense movie. I hope it catches on and stays for a while.

The Mentalist (really good this week).
Almost through Season 5 of Californication. Love the episodes with Rob Lowe. Not only is he nice eye candy but he's hilarious in this part.

Certainly adds a twist to the story, so sad.
