After Earth. Pretty good sci fi flick. I'm enjoying it so far. How bad can it be with Will Smith.
And man, I wish I had parents with as good a genes as Zoe Kravitz. She sure got the best of both Lenny and Lisa.

I'm going to try World War Z again. I hurt my neck yesterday and had the worst headache because of it last night. I could only watch half the movie.

I finally finished Fringe. Happy I watched. I think they did a good job.

I'm off my game. I didn't even know the Emmy's were on. Can't watch it anyway. Most of my shows are on tonight

Need a new series to watch on Netflix, suggestions? Stuff I like: fringe, lost, bones, star trek (all series), battlestar galactica, firefly, the mentalist, ncis, call the midwife

Thanks and please excuse my not quite on topic post. To remedy that: I'm watching big bang theory

You've got to watch The Bridge, though I am not sure it is on Netflix. I'll ask my bestie and get back to you. He watches several shows on Netflix, and loves most of what you mentioned (I've only seen the older ST, along with every movie, but am a die hard Lost junkie and love Bones). I know he loves Orange Is The New Black, but it's more of a Weeds type show.

Perrip, if you like The Mentalist I think you would like Perception and Elementary. I also highly recommend The Killing. And ditto The Bridge.

thanks! I do watch Perception but really had a hard time with Elementary - it seems, though, that The Bridge is what I need to try out next I'll see if the past episodes are On Demand

Welcome Perri. I have not heard back from the besite today. He sent me an email about searching for a Sugar Daddy, but nothing on shows yet. He would absolutely recommend Dr Who though. As well as the 90's and 2000's versions of La Femme Nikita.

I am watching a documentary about female CIA analysts who started the "Manhunt" for OBL before 9/11.

Sigh. I am sad. Watched the last episode of Dexter. I've been with my boyfriend Dex through the books and tv all these years. It will be hard to live without him.
I loved the last episode. And hated it. And loved it some more.
And yes I bawled.

Ohhh. I loved Jericho and was so pissed when it ended without any closure!!!!
I was pissed today when I found out The Glades was canceled! Not a great show but the last episode left so much up in the air!

I started The Bridge tonight. Lots of questions but not in an annoying "ugh too many questions" way, but in "oh, I'm leaning in, what's next" way.

I'm so excited to have this long list of recommendations!

Jericho was awesome!

I am trying to watch 1984 (is that a thought crime?) it's been a while, but it is being stubborn. If I can not watch it, I will watch Disconnected.
