Anyone seen the previews for Resurrection? It starts in march on abc and might be worth a go. Commercial showed a man telling another he had found his son and the man tells him his son died 32 years ago. You then see this little boy who tells part of a joke, the dad who is now in his 60's gives the answer and gets this look of total shock on his face.

Other than that it showed a dad returning to his daughter. He had passed away when she was younger. Husbands and wives, etc. Really good promo. Lots of sweet moments and lots of strange suspicion.

^ I love the original series, The Returned/Les Revenants. Creepy and interesting. So I will give the US version a try.

Suburgatory. This series has lost it's mojo but I still watch it. And I'm sad that they straightened Lisa's gorgeous curls (not stick straight thankfully, just 'tamed' curls). I do love Tessa's red hair too.

Just finished Her. Did not enjoy it at all tho Joaquin Phoenix was very good in it. I just found it odd, weird, and uncomfortable.

Onto some laughs. Mike & Molly, 2 Broke Girls, How I Met Your Mother.

Same with his baby brother. Every time I see the commercial I want to throw in Quills (gah I love that movie) or My Own Private Idaho.

I just finished watching The Critics Choice Awards. I think that's what it was I fast forwarded through a great deal of it and just watched the bigger categories. Kind of bummed The Hunt has not won best foreign language yet. I have not seen the others in the same category, and a nomination is fantastic, but damn that was good.

^ The Red Balloon woke up my little brain and made it love independent/foreign/weird and wonderful/important/unimportant/smart/dumb/good/bad movies.

I love silent films, too.

Ah, I did not know resurrection was a US remake of a foreign show. Those are usually pretty good.

Think I will watch Open Grave in a moment. I've had it ready to roll for a couple days. The reviews are pretty good and it has the guy who plays Klaus in TVD & The Originals in it.

The Red Violin is a fantastic movie. I rented that and Dogma one night. I think they both made their way to video stores here in the same year. Quite the contradiction, but a great movie night with friends none the less. Other than some of your more unusual Rainbow people wondering around my friends house and to the sweat lodge on top of the mountain whilst on a induced vision quest.

One never knows what might happen on a movie night.

I just watched Johnny Be Good while cleaning.
