Her manager is saying that she was tired, not drunk.
God doesn't give special kids to special parents. He takes ordinary, imperfect people, and gifts them with his greatest treasures. And therein, he creates special parents.

I feel very sorry for her kids. If this is how she is acting in public, I can onky imagine how she behaves at home.....

I'm still on the Defend Britney train.

I've seen plenty of people her age have to be carried out of bars, or even thrown up in bars - and I don't mean in the bathroom.

And yes, she has children, but I don't think anyone should assume that she acts the same way with her kids as she does when she's out partying.

I say - poor girl, she's trying to shove all of her 20's of partying that she missed into a very short time. She'll grow tired of it eventually.

Its New Years and she got drunk. Big ****ing deal.
Stephen Fry on "respect" and being "offended".

Being carried out of a building because you drank too much is pathetic and IS a big &*%*! deal. It is sad how people minimalize the act of binge drinking.

And yes, she MAY be acting like a lot of people her age (I'm 2 years younger and I don't act like that, and I'm not a mother, but that's just me). The point is that lots of people her age are not parents. She is. I just think that it is time to grow the hell up once you have kids, whether you like it or not. Britney needs to grow up. She has TWO kids. No doubt she IS depressed from her impending divorce and just her life situation, but the kids could be suffering. And regardless of her parenting skills, I don't think behaving in the way she is is the best way to get full custody of the kids. It is irresponsible, IMHO.

Also... I know parents need to get out without their kids, but I think most people would pass at least a little judgement on any mother who leaves their kids with someone else and goes out and gets plastered, shows their genitals, etc. Just seems she does it pretty often. I can see defending her to a point, but regardless - she's a mom, and she needs to grow up and take that more seriously I think.

She drank too much. That happens.

I just wonder who's raising her kids seeing as she's out every night of the week. I can't imagine she's getting up early with them or putting them to bed.

She may be 25, but she made the choice to be someone's mother. That entails responsibility and means you don't constantly put yourself first. Instead, she's partying like Tommy Lee -- flashing her hooha, making out with any unshaven greaseball who shows up, passing out in a nightclub and running around with Paris Hilton (the uber skank).

K-Fed is looking more and more like the more fit parent in this scenario. Of course, he's broke and (probably) homeless.

She made a choice to become a mother and although that doesn't mean her life should end, it does mean she has to be more mature and responsible.

I know am good for nothing after a night of drinking, and now that I have one baby I can't even imagine trying to take care of her hungover. Of course I don't have a staff of nannies either .

She wants to act like a carefree 25 year old, but she's NOT. She has two babies at home. She's not being a good mother at night when she's out partying and she's not being a good mother in the morning when she's hungover. Maybe she's a good mother in the afternoon.
If you got nothing to bring to the table - don't even bother sitting down.
