Bucket List - 1 month to live
Jeepy's comment that if she was told she had only months to live, the first thing she would do is buy a carton of Marlboro got me thinking...
What would you do if you only had 1 month to live?
Make your bucket list here.
Me?
I would:
Buy cigarettes.
Throw out all my crap so my family wouldn't be stuck doing it.
Rob a bank and somehow figure out how to leave it to my hubby/kids so they wouldn't have to worry about money.
Take a long vacation, constantly moving country to country, and hopefully die while traveling.

This is a good question....These things are assuming that the kids are old enough that they don't live at home anymore...
So I'd definitely smoke a ton of ciggies....drink lots of booze....and have as much sex as I could stand.
Traveling...definitely....if I hadn't already gone by then, I'd go to Ireland, Italy, and London again.....and hire someone to sell all of my stuff for me so I could leave the cash to the squids.... skydiving and deep sea diving would be in there somewhere too.

in no particular order...
- travel
- make sure i had every good meal/dessert, etc i wanted
- wine, lots of it (i love wine)
- love on my family, friends and my boys (dogs)
- paint (i've been enjoying painting lately)
- do a belly dance performance
- lots of SEX!!!!!!!!
- give things away to the people who need or want the things i own especially my books, music and clothes oh and hair stuff

Travel only enough to visit everyone who I love and would miss, then go home. I would want to die at home because there is "no place like home." I would maybe eat everything I want and not worry about my weight.

travel to Italy, Scotland, Ireland, Egypt, Africa, Jamaica (to see Wile)
Be a cougar
Say what's on my mind and not worry about offending anyone.
And of course, take care of all my burial plans, so my family wouldn't have to worry about it.

If I hadn't been to these places by then, I'd travel to Africa (West Africa in particular), Egypt, England, Spain, Greece and Italy

Call me selfish, but I'm not taking care of my own burial or cleaning out my house. My ex will put me in a box for cheap (which is fine) and can finally pack up his own g-damn family china, for Pete's Sake.

Sell my house and leave my trainer my horse plus money from the house sale to compete on him. She wants her Rolex horse...he could do it, and she's the only person I know he'd be happy with. Mom's already my beneficiary on life insurance so she'd be ok.
Say goodbye to the people I love and make sure they know it.

I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, or have sex, so my final month will be pretty boring. I'd probably go up to Black Mountain Kentucky and seek my origins like Wolverine, before finding a seclude place to lay down and die so my Dad doesn't have to deal with me.

I'd do anything my children wanted to do for that month. Take them anywhere they wanted to go, tell them I love them a hundred times a day, and have the whole thing videotaped for them to have.

1. Travel to My family homelands of Ireland, Greece, and the West Indians.
2. Make farewell videos to my younger relatives (leave them with my pearls of wisdom)
3. Go skydiving.
4. Cardinal relations with a particular someone.
5. Find a ghost writer to help me finish a book and try to get it published before i die. I could use my unfortunate demise to help with that.
6. Tell my family how much i love them
7. Go back to New Orleans and wait for the end.
