Oh, haha. I thought maybe there was another word since I don't eat eggs.

I don't like being labeled. I eat what I eat. Right now I'm making my own yogurt. It will take 10 hours. I will be adding fresh strawberries to it when it's done. I also have a roast with carrots and potatoes in my crock pot. Yum!

I just use a soft towel and/or a Clarisonic.

Ah yes, gotta push that agenda about how no longer eating meat is a panacea --- it will make your skin more beautiful, your whole appearance better, and even make your body stop sweating.
Look, vegetarianism is a sacrifice you make for your personal moral values. It's definitely not a diet you embark on to become healthier and prettier. It's harder to maintain a healthy vegetarian or vegan diet than it is to maintain a healthy normal diet. You have to do a lot of planning to make a meat-free diet work. Otherwise, it's very easy to become malnourished. People may also gain weight on a meat-free diet because they're not eating enough protein, and compensate by snacking on carbs all day.

But what do I know? I'm high out of my mind on Lexapro right now!

That's because you're an omnivore, just like the rest of us. Omnivores eat yogurt. And meat.

The deodorant is Lafes and it works wonderfully. It's their spray one, though lately I've been using their roll-on (liquid, not gel or bar) and then a couple of spritzes of the spray to boost it and allow me to go longer without re-applying. The spray is great by itself, but I like the added protection I get from using the roll-on first. Like I've said before, this stuff holds even after working in 100+-degree hot lines for at least eight hours (though I try to re-apply once in the middle of that).
I found it after trying a few others that didn't work after I made the switch from regular deodorants and anti-perspirants. The huge black bruise-like spot I got that was crawling towards my breast scared me away from that stuff for good.

I do think you have to be okay with sweating though. Some people get so used to anti-perspirant, which basically doesn't allow those pores to breathe.
After a long walk on a hot day, I often smell like sweat, but it's not the same as BO. I can't smell any BO, just clean sweat. It seems people often mistake one for the other.
This post has been engraved in my mind. I finally found it.

And....it is awesome. I think this stuff may have changed my life. No odor, whatsoever. It lasts and lasts and lasts.

Love it. Thank you. Now I need to go to Whole Foods and stockpile it. LOL

Oh, that's great! I'm so glad you like it.
Heh, I buy a few at a time as well, though they last a while (especially the roll-on).
