So....Im on day 4 of a 30 day green smoothie challenge and today Ive experienced a solid 6 hour stomach ache after I finished mine this morning. Does anyone have any adive on how to combat this? I love the smoothies but I dont want to feel like I swallowed an inflated balloon everyday.
Can you make a batch of smoothies, or make it the night before and keep refridgerated?
I leave for work at 5:45am and need to sneak out of the house without waking up my children. That means no early morning blender-ing lol.
They always separate for me. Would a quick buzz in the blender wake everyone up? I have one of those single serving mixers and will blend it the night before, then whiz it quick in the morning.
