So I thought about it and realized that the one thing I should give up is iPhone. I need to spend way less time on it. I'm trying to come up with a reasonable limit.

Yeah, I drank soda yesterday. But I was hungover and I'd already had gatorade, water, and coffee and they weren't working. Not my fault. But I did have water with lunch instead of soda.

no the getting to work by 8:30, i'm doing better than i was before but there have probably been about 3 days so far that i didn't make it. i'll start again monday. if all i miss is 3 days i could live with that.

No sex. At all. Not in the mood for all of November. Maybe December too.

Until I am happy again. And right now, I'm not. #angryandneglectedface

I'm doing well with the 'stop b1tching so much' goal, and I've cut way back on the F word. Not so good on the working out this past week but did well the week before and will get going again.

Keep up the good work everyone. And if you fell off the wagon, get back on!

I bought a bag of jelly beans and ate the lot. Oh well. I'm doing better than I thought.

As previously mentioned, I had a Coke when I was super hungover, and then last weekend during the Ravens game I had a couple of Gin and ginger akes, but otherwise I've been soda-free. Even last night when my husband brought me a soda for dinner, I thanked him but reminded him I'm off soda this month. Hell, he's not shaving for No Shave November, I can survive without soda.

(That he has the most delightful ginger beard is not withstanding.)

I messed up on my birthday Saturday... I've been eating cupcakes, doughnuts, and pie all weekend lol. But I'll fix it by exercising more

I am eating one more piece of pie tomorrow morning, and then the rest of the pies go to the birds! I'm going back to my diet.

I'm saying "Hell No" to soda this month. Hopefully it'll be a permanent change. I drink about 6-7 cans of pop a day.

Everything else seems to make me very nauseous except for strongly flavored lemonade, ice cold water, ginger ale, and the ice cold peach tea that I have to drive to the gas station to get.

But if I stick with it, I will save calories & money. One day & counting so far.

No more buying hair products this month. I'll just turn my head, whistle, and moonwalk away.

i didn't realize how bad i was about buying hair products even though a good portion of my closet was covered with products. i decided to loc my hair again and i had a lot of stuff, much of it unopened, that i wouldn't be able to use. i sold everything and made about $380. i was really in a bad way! i think i bought so much because i was always looking for a miracle product and because when you buy online you end up buying more to either get free shipping or to justify paying shipping. either way....i'm happy with locs being a product junkie is a non-issue!!
