Default NO <fill in the blank> in November

so i went to starbucks this morning, pumpkin latte and a piece of pumpkin loaf costs me over $7 i don't do it every day or even several days a week but still....that's too much!

i decided NO STARBUCKS in november! i could stand to save the money and i don't really need the calories or caffeine from their drinks/food.

i'm posting here for some level of accountability!

what are you saying NO to in november??

I might keep on with my no shave. I haven't shaved at all for October. I grow body hair slowly and my armpits are no where near a bush level and I think deodorant is a relaxer for hair...lmao bc my armpit hairs are straight which is a weird, theyre pretty long like an inch but completely straight and thin.

Yea I think I won't shave still.

No dangerously delicious pies. I have an addiction. After I get my free slice this week, I'm cutting them off for the rest of the year. I have self control, d@mmit!!!!!

No nail/cuticle biting in November! I just can't seem to kick this bad habit.

I'm going to say no fast food or eating out. Now that I've gotten the hang of this couponing business, there is no need for me to not make food every day.

Girl! Who are you telling?

I don't even eat out that much, but when I don't plan ahead, I stop at McDonald's or a taco place to grab something. Which is so stupid because if I'm on my way home or will be home in a couple of hours, I can wait. Who says I have to eat as soon as I get hungry?

No buying sweeties or chocolates for myself. My pancreas will probably thank me.

I'm going to try for no soda. Gonna be a challenge, but I think I can do it.

Thankfully Halloween isn't a massive thing here so no sweeties or chocolates. I'm going to give myself 4 days before I succumb. That'll be down to desperation or forgetfulness.

This was my new year's resolution, I went cold turkey and so far so good. I found that substituting iced tea worked wonders; especially raspberry, yum.

i gave up soda cold turkey in high school or college...i went about 5 years with absolutely no soda, not even a taste. then i had one. even then if felt SUPER strong, like i was drinking acid. i don't drink them now. i may have one a year. if it's between that and water i'll drink water but i'm also a tea girl. giving up sodas is doable and once you kick the habit you'll wonder how you even drank them before.

I've been doing a lot of research about going vegan, so I'm going to try not to eat meat and dairy in November. Also trying not to drink ICEEs or sodas.
