That's really pretty, you must have incredible patience.

I made some ugly chain but my brain clicked and I understood what I was doing.

Then I made lovely earrings for myself as a reward and then conquered the bracelet. Now I've ordered supplies so I can't wait to try more!

I finished a beard beanie and another owl beanie. I feel productive! The beard beanie looks huge on Luke because its a men's XL and he's only 10

I finished knitting this little guy last night and embroidered his eyes on this morning. He's the largest octopus I've ever knit. He's 11 inches long laying down or 5.5 inches tall sitting up. I love every bit of him! I amuse myself with knitting: I love how the stitches swirl and spiral around the top of his head where the stitches increase. I love his long, floppy tentacles, all 8 of them! I so love a knitted critter!

And here is the smallest octopus I've ever knitted. He's wee tiny! He sits at 2 1/2 inches tall or lays down and is 4 1/2 inches long. *contented, love-y-dove-y sigh*

I crocheted an Elmo beanie for my nephew for his first Bday. He won't be able to wear it until the fall but I didn't want to just get another toy. Between his house, my house, and his grandparents' houses there are plenty. He LOOOOVES Elmo and that's the party theme so it was fitting. It's my first "original" design and I'm really happy with it.

Making something from you own design is one heck of an accomplishment! You should be proud! I'm impressed!!! Kudos to Jess! Yay for Elmo!!!!
No idea who put this giant crochet doily under a bridge, but cool

I want to make a 12 ft doily. Use it instead of a rug. I'm totally going to see if I can figure out how to crochet on a macro scale.

Thank GC. It wasn't too complicated but I was happy. Now if I could get the monkey mouth down for my other nephew.

I'm making The Very Hungry Caterpillar for a certain someone's 1st bday and I'm almost done with most of the crochet. Bowl of caterpillar parts.

Oh my! That is cute!

Jess, please do! I did a search last night and got a pattern using outdoor clothesline, but T-shirt thread sounds so much more workable.

I am SO making this in the next month! I'm so hyped. A giant crochet doily rug!!! Now I need hard wood floors to make my future rug POP!!
