Who's NOT participating in Black Friday?
I cannot be bothered with that mess. I don't need anything that bad.
In addition, as best I can with the gifts I buy I'm going to buy local.

Certainly not participating. I don't need to stand in line in the cold that long unless they were giving tv's away at the door.
Using my iphone with my toe thumbs. There will be typos.

Me! I have no desire to take part in that. The crowds alone would be enough to give me an anxiety attack.

Me! Even if I wanted to go, I'm broke!

This totally. I can barely make it through Costco when it isn't busy. I don't do well in crowds of crazy shoppers.
I did however just place my black friday order at Curl Junkie. I need my 20% off

I am not participating. 1. Good deals go on all year 2. The best sales are after Christmas 3. I support small biusinesses 4. I think everyone deserves a full day off to spend with family and be awake.

I'm not! I can barely maintain my sanity as is! I don't need anything THAT bad...and the money I save is not worth the time I spend in line!

I'm not, at least at the stores. I will check out the online deals only.
As a small business owner, I can appreciate that.
It's just too crazy out there, so I offer my customers online deals. They can shop in their pjs and stay out of the crowds.

The big shopping day after Thanksgiving. Supposedly the best deals.

To the bolded: Definitely! Now that I think about it everything (except clothes) I buy from small businesses. Unless they sell some Curl Junkie or Bubble and Bee at the PX, not interested.
Even if I was in the states, you couldn't pay me to go to BF.

If I had it I would. The only things I would buy is hair products and there are a lot of deals online.

I wish I didn't have too but I work at a department store. I'm not ready for the crowds and unnecessary chaos over discounts but I did get better hours than some of my coworkers so I can't be too mad. I'll like to add, I hate the people who camp out the night before, it's really not that serious.

If I can't do it online, no.
So far I bought a suit from Ann Taylor for close to half off, some half off bras at Bare Necessities, and I almost bought a 19" tv at Best Buy for 150 dollars. I really wanted that and a tablet, but then I thought about it.
Why am I buying a tv or a computer when I have two computers that work perfectly fine and a tv (albeit old tube style)/dvd player combo that works fine? So I passed. I needed a new suit and I needed the bras.
Oh, and I bought hair care products

I actually do my food shopping for the week on Black Friday. Everyone else is at the mall or has a fridge stocked from Thanksgiving so I can just peruse the shelves on my own. Bliss.

If you ever see me shopping on Black Friday you would have my permission to shoot me, for it would mean that I had completely lost my marbles!
