Magic is Coming is a recap of last season and was on Canadian tv last night.

if you missed any episodes (and there were a couple i didn't see), it's an excellent way to get caught up on everything!

I'm bringing home the bacon tonight so I couldn't fully pay attention, but I enjoyed what I saw. I've been looking forward to the new season, and mainly seeing what happens between Rumplestiltskin and Belle. Yes, his evil ways can bother me, but I'm a sucker for a Beauty and the Beast story. It's my favorite of all the tales.

I'm torn on this one. So glad the show's back! But dementors, really?

I wonder how that one's going to go over, since they don't own the rights. Call them wraiths all you want, but I bet you could easily argue that they're using WB's characters.

Well, they were kind of a combination Dementor and Ring Wraith, because they came to the one with the mark from the talisman (like the One Ring), but they sucked your soul (like a Dementor).

The episode didn't entirely wow me, but it didn't disappoint either.

I agree with most of you. I liked it, but I wasn't blown away. But I do think it left enough open to make for a good season with out getting mundane. At least I hope.

Oh Robert Carlyle I missed you so. Glad you came back to me. : )
Most of the characters are quite dull, except for Regina/The Queen. And Mr Gold/Rumple of course.

When I saw her I said "MULAN" but as a joke, to myself because I was alone in my room...because she's Asian and who else could she be, (but apparently in the previews Lancelot is black, so the times have changed in casting characters I guess) BUT SHE IS MULAN. Like come on, who's next from disney?? The little mermaid? Or did that water chick count as her?

You realize Mulan is a classic story and Disney only adapted it, right?

I saw captain Hook mentioned in the previews. Does that mean they have the rights to Peter Pan?

But that's most of them. Probably for two reasons, The ABC/ Disney connection and most (Americans ) only know the adapted version.

I could mention any fairytale to people in Ecuador and no one would not think "Disney" right away, so it's not just amurika.

It came across so, so cheesy.

I felt that way about Mulan too. I was like isn't she meant to be fighting Genghis Khan in China? Might as well give us Pochahontas loooool,

What we all think about the random guy at the beginning of the episode. I read theories about Peter Pan, Bae and my friend read the randomest one about him being The Wizard of Oz loool. Oh this show. Love how in the trailer Captain Hook has Captain Jack Sparrow eyeliner look.
