I don't take any of the meds that are marketed for Fibro. Their side effects were too harsh for me, weight gain, nauseous, dizziness, headaches (I have really bad headaches already). I take a muscle relaxer, something for pain and and something to help me sleep. They take the edge off sometimes, but none of them are habit forming, nor are they harsh on me. I try and deal the pain most of the time by sleeping. I can't take anything strong. They make me sick.

co-wash - NaturelleGrow Coconut Water or Marshmallow Root, Slippery Elm Bark & Blue Malva Cleansing Conditioners
