Hooray! Update on baking with aluminum pans

I decided to try the non-stick spray route. I found Pam for Baking with Flour. The lazy part of me liked the whole 1 step thing LOL The cake just slid right out of the pan. I also let it set for the time recommended on a website I found before removing it from the pan. Thanks for the help everyone

I've always wanted to try that stuff but have never bought it. About the letting it sit thing I've found that they come out better if I stick my cakes in the fridge for a little while. But it wounds likeyou don't need any more advice
