****Although the TV presenter is lighter skinned and more petite than Hudson it has been assumed that Brad's congratulatory kiss was due to a case of mistaken identity.

****A representative for Brad said: "He is on location and we can't reach him for a comment."

****Brad's high spirits could also be due to his new film Babel - in which he stars alongside Cate Blanchett - winning Best Film in the drama category on Monday night.

Side by side they don't look that much a like, but I can see where seperately you'd have to do a double take!

Wow, the first woman has really beautiful hair. Anyway, I think they do look a little similar, just from those pics. I'm not really familiar with either one of them, though.

They really don't look alike at all!

We all know what we're thinking...but I'll just say it to be my usual tactless un-funny self...

I guess some white folks STILL think that black people all look alike! Even after adopting some black kid from Africa! Way to go!!!

My thoughts exactly. Not much resemblance at all between them.... but then there isn't between myself and most of the people I get compared to, either.

But I don't think it is 100% that that is why Brad Pitt congratulated her... the timing of his kiss would make it seem so, but it's possible there was some other reason.

Jennifer hasn't even worn her hair like that in a while.

I'm guessing that he's never met JH because she's fairly tall like 5'9" or so.

There are a lot of similarities between them. Like I said, side by side you can definitely tell them apart. But if they are seperate and you don't really know either one of them that well, I can see it happening.

Jennifer has been sporting this look lately so she looks even less like Tankia though I can see a similarity between the first two pictures I posted.

Yep, exactly. In those pics, they resemble each other. I don't think all Black people look alike.

As I said, though, I haven't really seen many other pics of these women.

Doesn't Taneka do a lot of red carpet/celeb interviews? I would think that Brad might have recognized her....

Oh well, she doen't seem too upset about it. Jennifer seems the type to let things roll off her back too.
