But I don't think the Illuminati are ruling the world. And either way, the world looks the same.
Exactly!!! I don't think they would want to draw too much attention to themselves considering the type of media we have in this country, if you want to do something big that will throw the world off balance you wouldn't want people finding out till its too late so therefore, give them something to chew as a method of distraction to deviate people from the actuality. And I believe that why no one really know is because they are too busy trying to guessing rather than actually finding out what it truly is. This form of distraction will more than give them enough time to come up with concrete plan that will shock the world and hopefully doesn't unravel everything!!!!

Okay, that's something I knew. I just would never have phrased it as "humans evolved from the big bang."

Frau I agree with u. They all think they are so above everything and its offputting to me.

Michael Jackson was very full of himself that ppl don't like to talk about. I saw a couple of his old performances and it was kind of sickening. He had ppl hugging and kissing him like he was a god or something. Talk about ego.

Scientists have long established that humans did not evolve from apes. Some like to lump apes and humans together under the genus Homo, but even that's controversial.

There is ample proof however, that humans are in the same subfamily as apes, which is not the same as evolving from them. We are just related to and comparable to apes is all.

Not to mention, the "Big Bang Theory" is also controversial.

ETA: It's always been my opinion that opposition to evolution also stems from the idea that humans are above "lesser" animals. So any mention of us evolving from "apes" undermines our skewed reality and weakens our deathgrip on the world.

Does she mean if the universe did not exist, neither would we? Because that would be true.

But you're right. And I know plenty of bio majors. None of them would phrase it like that, or even try to argue that point.

Why did you edit, Frau? I thought you made a valid point about certain black celebrities. I completely agree with you.

She obviously meant you. Were you offended? It just sounded like she was agreeing with you. I'm not trying to be snarky at all. Just nosey...

I think the reason I was confused is that you can't have evolution until you have life, and there was no life when the Big Bang happened.

The freemason lodges aren't secret...not anymore. What takes place inside them, behind closed doors, is. Freemasonry isn't a religion, but they are mystical and they do believe in an "architect". They aren't politically homogenous and it's been split into different groups, with different lodges claiming to be freemasons etc. Maybe once they were progressive, but nowadays they still ban women from joining. I once looked at the website of the main lodge in Brazil (it's not too far from where I live) and there was something in it about how they approved of the 1964 "revolution" (what they really meant was the right wing militaray coup d'état).

My mother was once a Rosicrucian, but she doesn't usually talk about it. She mentioned she left before she could take the next step, which was to experiment in out of body experiences. She's always considered herself Catholic, though.

I think these groups are just made up of gullible people (sorry, mom, but yes, that means you too). Whatever "truth" they are trying to unveil doesn't exist. If it did and they came across it, they'd shrug, think "that's it?" and assume there's still something greater out there and they'd continue looking and hoping to learn the secret.

The notion that these people have any say over major political decisions is laughable. Sure, there are politicians and opinion makers that have joined these societies, but the idea that any of these groups could be so cohesive, organized and efficient in controlling events across the globe is simply unrealistic.

I said that theories are constantly changing, science change it from apes to the big bang theory! Now its something else, my point was where human evolved from is not concrete. There is no evidence to established how we came into existence. It is believe that life began 3.5 billion years ago from simple unicellular organisms, life was formed. This us due in change in response to environmental pressure. All living things share common ancestors and common similarity. They believed that complex organism descended from simple less complex organisms. Then its was concluded that natural selection is the mechanism for for evolution, which means the strongest or more favorable survive. This is true but still doesn't say how we human came into existence but now the true evidence came out that all organisms use a biochemical molecules including DNA, RNA and Protein. But DNA still doesn't answer the question!! Science now found out that even though human could have evolved from DNA, it was not the first orginal complex but RNA is. So the theory is the central dogma : DNA makes RNA and RNA makes protein. So technically DNA and RNA is the origin of mankind. Some believe its DNA and some believe it's RNA because DNA cannot synthesis itself in nature but RNA can. DNA cannot make RNA but RNA can make DNA. Hope this help and clarify any misunderstanding. Sorry if I confuse or offend anyone
