Default "GYMp3" Anyone heard of this?

Has anyone heard of this before? It's called "GYMp3" and you can download it from iTunes, and it's supposedly a trainer guiding you threw a workout, set to music.

The website is www.gymp3.com

The one that is a 30 minute interval workout for running/walking/jogging sounds like it could be great. As soon as it warms up a bit (hopefully March) I plan to start running outdoors in the mornings, and I definitely need some extra help!
