Does anybody have it?

I'll have insurance soon and am very excited to go to the doctor and get a good check-up since it's been a while.

But I'm pretty sure I have PMDD. I'll be feeling pretty okay, and then a few days before my GOSH. I have days when I can't stop crying, just want to give-up and have no desire to deal with other people...and then my period comes and I feel better. It goes WAY beyond regular's actually pretty debilitating and I'm looking forward to really doing something about it because even if it's only 3-4 days a month, it's still too much.

Is there anything I can take that could help it? I have heard EPO helps.
Antidepressants are often prescribed. With some meds, you only take them for a week or so each month.

I was born to be a pessimist. My blood type is B Negative.
I was prescribed Prozac to be taken 10 days before my period. I was feeling really well.
Then some dr. took off all my medicines.
For the past 12 months I ve been miserable.
I truly hope you find a dr like the one I had.
You ve been depressed as I ve been.
PMDD is very similar.

Consuming 1,000 milligrams of dietary and supplemental calcium daily may reduce the physical and emotional symptoms of PMDD. Vitamin B-6, magnesium and L-tryptophan also may help. Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD): A severe form of PMS -
PMDD is usually extended as well. It typically begins around ovulation and lasts through the first 4 days of your period.

Mine is worse on one ovary so every other month is pretty bad.

I'm certainly crankier, but I dont usually take it out on other people. It tends to be more internal.

D - good luck, and I hope you find the answer. I'm so happy for you that you get THIS job. It just seems so perfect for you, and all my positive energy is going toward good wishes for you.

As for calcium - HUGE difference for me. I take a calcium/magnesium supplement which has really helped me. I had started getting cramps which immobilized me for a day, and don't really get any since taking the calcium. I also used to have an occasional day where I wanted to crawl in a hole and die due to a hormonal swing or something, and haven't had that at all since starting taking calcium.
The pews never miss a sermon but that doesn't get them one step closer to Heaven.

But at least the pews never attend yoga!
