Whats the most weight I can lose in 5 weeks?

Im between 195 and 200 lbs right now. My ultimate goal is 160-165. I have 6 weeks left on my maternity leave and I am going to start working out and cutting sugar next week. I'm wondering whats the most my goal should be for those last 5 weeks. I know 1-2 lbs a week is the "healthy" aim, but I'm willing to be a teeny unhealthy just to jump start this. Maybe 3/4 lbs a week? Anyone ever heard of that?

I don't have time to write a long reply right now but I will say LOW CARB!! I lost nearly 20pounds in that span of time by reducing my carbs to around 50-70 grams a day (mostly from fruits and vegtables). And upping my protein. I'm down another 7 and still sticking to it! First week or so was hard adjusting too but now I feel so much better! Good luck! I'll try to write a more detailed response later

This is the fastest, healthiest way to lose weight.

It does involve going through the withdrawals of food addiction, (which if you eat a standard american diet, you definitely have) so it's not easy at first.

You eat as much as you want and don't count calories.

I lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks then fell off the diet and am re-addicted. Need to get back on it!
If you're still breast feeding make sure you're still getting all the nutrients you need for the baby.

Try joining weight watchers, they have a good program to reteach you how to eat.
I know someone who lost 17 lbs in one day. Constant exercise, sweat suit, water. Thats it. But thats way unhealthy.

Are you breastfeeding? You really need to be careful about diet/exercise while nursing since your baby is relying on you for nutrition. I wouldn't try to lose more than the standard 1-2lbs per week if I were you. 10lbs is a good amount to lose in a month.
