New Products!

Try anything lately that you love?

I bought the Lysol fabric refresher and it's great...does what Fabreeze has been promising all these years! I sprayed it in the guest rooms on the floor and the beds, just to freshen things up. 3 days later and it still smells like I just did laundry in there! Not a strong smell (I got the linen one), just clean. Really impressed!

I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.

I've really been enjoying the Purex Crystals for the washing machine. (I think it's called a "laundry enhancer" LOL).

My husband uses (over-uses!!!) liquid Downy on his clothes, but I'm not a fan. The Purex Crystals are great, though - easy to use, no grease spots on the clothes, and a really nice scent that lasts a while.

And, so far anyway, don't seem to make me break out or cause other issues.

I tried the Downy Unstoppables, but they don't work as well for me (didn't always dissolve as they should have, for starters).
I like the laundry detergent packets. I get All or Pyrex. Very easy to just toss those in.

Philosophy has a Purity Made Simple oil cleanser. Love that. Its a great makeup remover.

Maybelline Plush mascara. It has some gel-mousse stuff that's supposed to leave your lashes soft. Much more full than Maybelline Falsies mascara.

This may be like a big DUHHHHHHHHHHHh to most of you but it was a very recent discovery to me:

To keep MAC Studio Fix foundation or other powdery/minerally foundations on your face all day, use a primer or an oil control lotion underneath. It won't gum up the foundation and you can use it on both dry and oily areas of your skin.

Really liking the Garnier BB cream. It evens my skin tone and feels nice. I've heard some say it's too oily, but for dry skin like mine, it's great.
I like the Dove nourishing curls whipped cream mousse. I'm not CG. Makes my curls soft and shiny with great hold!

I was born to be a pessimist. My blood type is B Negative.
