Yes, that's the talking point du jour all over right wing radio/blogosphere/FB today. The fact that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court says that it's a tax and tax not a mandate doesn't mean that President Obama or the congress said that it was.

I'm not much for public gloating, so I'd say no, it isn't right to celebrate in the face of opposing party unhappiness. Also, the war for healthcare isn't won yet; this is just a battle along the way.

However, I also wish they would refrain from the same......as Boehner advised when he presumed they'd win.

Agreed - I pride myself on being a gracious winner (albeit a very sore loser).

As for the Court's ruling, what do people think their Medicare and Social Security contributions are? There's a reason they call 'em payroll TAXES. (And since Medicare recipients get 40% more in benefits than they actually paid in, it's actually welfare for retirees.)

Keep the goverment's hands off of my Medicare! : )
