I don't intend to read many books on the small screen, but I thought I'd install an app just in case. Which app do you use for e-books on the iphone? And can I read my e-books on my laptop then?

I love books on my phone. It's nice to have them handy during slow shifts at work. I use the standard iBooks app and downloaded Kindle. You can find several good free books on both.

You can buy Pictures of You at INDIEBOUND bookstores, GOOGLE, AMAZON, BARNES & NOBLE, APPLE, and KOBO

So will the ibooks or kindle read those? I think I also downloaded KOBO.

Yes, they should. I was just checking the book description out. Lol. I clicked on Apple and it took me straight to the book, in the store. I like how you can get samples before buying the books. With some I like to make sure I'm interested before purchase.

I have the Nook app, because I had it before all the readers were out and it was the one which worked on my then-blackberry. I love it because you just have to sign your account up then your books are always available on any device you want to use. There are free books available on that, too.

As long as you're not buying an eReader device, there are lots of free apps you can use and I think most work well.
