Other things that make you cringe
Seeing people ride a motorcycle on the highway with bare arms or heads.

Good timing! I just posted on the Say It thread that it bothers me seeing people in commercials stroke their armpits to demonstrate how smooth Dove or whatever deodorant makes them.

Adding to this:
people riding any type of bike on any road without protective clothing/headwear
People who for some reason think if they stand on the footpath the child in the pushchair on the road is some how protected from traffic.

Don't come to Florida. It will make your stomach churn. You don't have to wear a helmet if you are over age 21.

It's the same in New Hampshire. I live in Massachusetts and every time I go over the border and see them without helmets I'm like, GAAAAHHH.

LOL @ going over the border. It is like going into a land that is foreign right? And I grew up there.

We have a helmet law here so I do not see this often, but when I'm in states w/o, add me to the list.
We have a law stating that you must have your headlights on during rain showers/storms. It typically gets foggy when raining so it makes me cringe when people do not obey it. I have almost been involved in a few accidents because of it.
Seeing an animal with it's ear turned inside out. It's my greatest pet peeve, pun intended.
Worn out iPhone. Need I say more?

When people spit in public (eg. on the sidewalk.)
What is it with Winnipeggers? Do people do this in other cities? It is disgusting.
When people sneeze/cough into their hand and then touch things.
When people comb out their hair or cut their fingernails in public.
I just want people to keep their germs/bodily secretions/excretions to themselves as much as possible.

See through legging pants. I do admit that I like them cus they're comfy and go with everything but I really can't stand it when people wear stockings or tights like they're acceptable leggings. You can see right through them. Also if the leggings aren't the right size they'll be see through!
Also see through shirts without something underneath. ESPECIALLY when they wear a bright colored or pattern bra.
It makes me wonder if they don't look in the mirror before leaving home or if they just don't care. I see this so much with girls around my age its annoying. Have some modesty!

When parents walk through a mall, amusement park, or other crowded, busy area, 10 to 20 feet in front of their children. Who do you think is watching them? Who are you going to blame when your child goes missing?

There is a woman I see on my way to/from work most days who rides this bicycle with a cart up front, like an ice cream vendor. She's usually in a flowy dress and flip flops and wears no helmet. Even though it's rush hour on a busy street in Chicago, whatever lady, do what you want.
The part that makes me cringe is that she also has two small children (3-4 yrs old) up front in the cart, also wearing no helmets. They appear to be wearing a thin nylon seatbelt of some kind, but that's the only safety precaution I can see. She rides in traffic, sometimes weaving between cars at lights, and you can see the two little heads over the sides of the cart, which comes up to about their shoulders. It makes me so nervous.

Listening to a child scream ridiculously while the mother just keeps shopping and continually says "now stop that". Um, put a little more effort into it then just dragging him around the store disrupting everyone. It was Hobby Lobby so not like your items are major important or can't wait till you manage your child.
Also people that drive with emergency flashers on in the rain. Rain is not an emergency and it actually makes it harder to see you with the blinking. Just turn your headlights on. Geez
