I don't think it's a deliberate change. Right now it looks exactly like it sometimes would when I was having wifi issues and the connection would blink out right as the page was loading.

I'm also having a really hard time with this layout (making the migraine I have worse). I'm hoping this is just a layout that's on the way to whatever layout they intend to have, because it's hard to navigate and confusing.
