Default Why do Pringles have to be so awesome?

I know it's a can of chemicals. I know this, frown on it, yet I cannot stop eating them anyway. I don't know if this speaks more to the awesome-ness of Pringles or the susceptibility of my innermost weaknesses.

Your opinion is wrong.

Clearly the best potato chip out there is Cape Cod sweet and spicy jalapeno chip.

My opinion is based on my wimpiness and avoidance of all things spicy!!! If you leave out the jalapeno I would love it!

I think the secret is the amazing chip:container ratio. most bags of chips (bags of air I tell you) have like 60% empty space.

And hardly any broken!

I hardly ever buy them at home, but going on holidays? Always a few tins in my luggage

I beg to differ the best potato chip out there is Gibbles. This is determined by the salt to chip ratio.

Those damn things. I won't buy them. They make me eat them until they're gone.

Pringles: one of the few foods I miss, and distinctly remember the wonderful taste of, since going vegetarian more than 20 years ago.

(They contain lard.)

I am with you on Pringles. I have no idea why. I can eat a whole can. I love other chips too but Pringles pull me in.

I like to eat a nice stack of them at once.

Make that "liked."

Sigh.

after much reflection and research, I have more theories on why pringles are so good:

-the variety of flavors (pizza-flavored is my favorite)
-the unconventionality of the fact that they come in a tin as opposed to a bag
-the fact that there are no little crumbly bits left at the end
-perfectly uniform chips
-you can put two in your mouth and pretend be a duck

I really, really like pringles.

this accurately describes my life.

I'm guessing the reason you all love them is the MSG.

I hate them. I remember as a kid being so curious about them, thinking they were like extra-special chips, only to find they were really gross and disappointing. Ugh, I hate Pringles.

I only eat Pringles on road trips (ranch ones). Those, Milky Ways, and Diet Coke are my traveling snacks.
