Katherine Jackson's Attorney -- MJ's Kids Were 'Ambushed' | TMZ.com

Katherine's attorney released a statement saying, "Yesterday afternoon certain Jackson family members ambushed Katherine Jackson’s home after their vehicle tore through security gates on the tails of the SUV containing Michael Jackson’s children."

"After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael’s children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands. Out of concern for the well being of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children were forced to temporarily leave their home and have been taken to a safe location. An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene."

The statement continues, "Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren."

"Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have not heard from their grandmother since she left their home nine days ago to attend a series of her sons’ concerts on their Unity Tour. She never made the shows. Despite efforts to interview Katherine Jackson at her current location in Arizona yesterday, Los Angeles County Sheriffs confirmed that they were denied access to Mrs. Jackson by security for one of her children. “

The kids are being watched by Tito's three sons and a nanny from MJ's estate.

Tito recently said he wants his name off the letter and he wants nothing to do with it.

TJ is trying to get temporary custody of the kids for now. As of today, I want to hear a statement from Katherine. I do believe they're holding her a hostage. Why else would she not contact the children? This is some shady BS and the Jacksons should all be ashamed of themselves. Leave the children out of this.

Also, how old is that photo anyway? I do not see why Katherine would leave the children without a word. And then have Janet, Randy and Jermaine ambush the kids is really weird (and entering the property when they're not allowed to do so). They're all nuts. I understand why MJ tried everything in his power to separate him and his children from these wackos.

This is obviously all about trying to gain control of the estate.

Marlon -- along with brothers Tito and Jackie -- were sitting for an interview with "The Insider" when Marlon choked up.

Marlon explained, "We've been told that our mother is safe. She's doing well. But we have not spoken to her. We have not talked to her and I don't know where my mother is."

At that point, Marlon grew incensed, saying, "All i know is she is in Arizona, and whatever doctor is saying I can't talk to my mother you call ME!" Marlon then stormed off.

Maybe she just doesn't want to be bothered.. I mean she does have that right doesn't she ? Given, I don't think she should have left the grandchildren there.

IDK the whole thing is weird. IDK why she hasn't spoken to anyone since she "disappeared" and that whole UNO picture was pretty freakin' weird. She hasn't contacted her sons (as Marlon has said) nor MJ's children. There's something shady going on here.

I actually thought that the media was picking fun of the kid due to the whole covering his face with a blanket and all. but then come to find out, MJ actually called the kid blanket.

This whole thing stinks to high heaven. That letter that most of the siblings signed that claimed that Michael's will was fraudulent and them keeping Katherine away from the kids is nothing but an obvious attempt to get their grubby hands on the estate. They know that once Katherine dies, that money will be held in trust for his children and they'd never see a cent. And why now, three years after his death? My theory is that those concerts that some of the siblings are now doing are an epic fail. I saw it advertised on the Ticketmaster website awhile ago and the tickets were going for around $75. Who in the hell would pay that kind of money to see them without Michael? Unless they're holding seances before each show to bring Michael back from the dead, they have nothing to offer. The brother's careers never went anywhere after Michael left. They're basically washed up. It's obvious why the brothers would behave this way, but I'm appalled by Janet's role in this mess. She's the only other sibling besides Michael that has any money. She shouldn't need a dime from his estate whatsoever. Paris may only be 14 years old, but she knows what's up. The best thing for those children is if they are appointed a guardian outside that family.
