Tell me that I'm not the only one who loved this show. Great comfort TV.

It's one of my all time favorite shows!

I still watch it any time I see an episode on tv... It doesn't matter what season it's from! I've seen them all so many times, I know exactly what's going on at all times. Lol

My favorite non Gilmore character is Paris. I love watching her in all of her neuroticism,

LOVE GILMORE GIRLS (clearly from my signature line and avatar)

Love Lorelei, and Luke, and all the witty banter.

I resisted for a long time because the dialog didn't seem natural. Then I got hooked and I realized the dialog was what made it great.

The dialogue was wonderful written, but Lauren Graham made it happen.

My favorite show ever! I have all the seasons on DVD and I watch them a zillion times. It drives me insane when I make a reference and no one gets it.

Kirk kills me! Also, I hate Jess, I get why Rory likes him, but man is he an arrogant little poo.

I'm also enjoying Amy Sherman-Palladino's new show Bunheads on ABC Family. Kelly Bishop is in it and lots of Gilmore alums show up so far the actors I've spotted are Gypsy, Tom, Zack, and Logan's dad (who plays an old permastoned surfer dude turned bar owner). It's simliar in that it's female centered in a town full of very strange people, fast fun dialog, and lots of great references in it. It's only like 5 episodes in so they're still developing the characters but so far I'm hooked. It's almost like you're in Miss Patty's a bit.

Kirk was useless.

Season 2/3 Jess was a brat, but I grew to like him in later episodes. Logan, I have mixed feelings about.

I know, I just love how useless Kirk was! Cracked me up. Like when he got his cat Kirk, or his night terrors, or the zillion jobs he had.

Later, eh I guess Jess got ok and I'm glad he grew up and made amends with Luke, but becoming Rory's Obi Wan was annoying.

I loved Dean before the whole wedding thing. He was nice, got Rory and was completely there for her. After that he got with Lindsey he got kinda douchey.

Sebastian Bach singing Holla Back Girl at that bat mitzvah has to be one of my fave show moments.

Hee! Autocorrect seems to be implying something about Bledel's drinking habits as well.

I don't know what to make of her Mad Men character. She and Pete made me make faces at the TV with their behavior.

Whitest show ever.
It was okay for the first couple of seasons then I couldn't take anymore of Rory Gilmore's perfect privileged life and what a creator's pet she was.
The dialogue grated and Lorelai and Rory came off as obnoxious.
Jess was a douche and they decided to character assassinate Dean to justify their propping of him.
Plus Milo wasn't even good-looking ---- he looked like a rat.
Lorelai and Luke had zero chemistry once they got them romantically involved. They were painful to watch together and that's coming from someone who didn't even watch this show (except for the first couple of seasons, though I was never a huge fan even then) outside of catching an episode here and there. Also, Luke was a jerk and chump of a boyfriend. Granted, with someone like Lorelai I can kind of understand it, since she was incredibly immature and annoying, but still, terrible boyfriend.

Tell us how you really feel, Saria.

This show was on my radar because so many people love it. My sister was a big fan of the show and was always trying to get me to watch it. But I cannot stand Lauren Graham. I cannot watch her in anything. I cannot look at iroc's avatar. The woman is awkwardly goofy and her attempts at humor seem contrived. She's painful to watch.

And now I feel bad for being a party-pooper in this thread and I will leave now. But I'm happy you are all happy with the show. That's all that matters.

Haha, Medussa! My poor avatar!

I loved Jess, and I think Milo Ventimiglia is very attractive.

I know that show is pretty much love or hate. I can see how some people would find it anniying. Although I can't imagine watching that much of it if you didn't like it. I can barely watch shows I like!

Bf and I are on constant Supernatural marathons lately, so I see a lot of Jared Padelecki. He's a bit emotional for me though.

I read that Luke and Loreleis actors didn't get along at all - which would explain their lack of chemistry. I too disliked them as a couple.

Well, season 3 I gave up thanks to Jess being a complete douche and a big part of that season. Then I would catch an episode here and there since I watched other shows on the WB and since I was on sites that discussed the show in addition to the shows I did, I pretty much knew what was going on.
