Default Plantar Fasciitis - Quick Cure!

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for almost 2 years now and nothing I've tried has helped. I've done physical therapy, purchased comfort shoes, rested more, exercised more, etc.

I purchased some of these and, after four days of wearing them, my heel pain is gone. I realized when I got home from work tonight that my heels no longer feel bruised. For me, the regular ones worked better than gel. They also seemed to work better in my more supportive shoes.

So glad that you finally got some relief. I had great luck with SuperFeet the green ones! I was cured within 2 days!

I'm glad Superfeet helped you. They did nothing for me. These things are miracles.

Thanks for posting this MrsP. I haven't had PF in years but I remember it took forever to heal when I got it. Good to know.

I have a cousin who's been suffering with this for several years now, and SuperFeet did nothing for her either. I just sent her your link -- thanks for sharing this, MrsP!

Does this help for all the time, or make it so walking no longer hurts while wearing the pads?

I just got some in the mail yesterday and went from hobbling into the house to walking normally after opening the package and putting them in my shoes. So THANK YOU for the recommendation!

I'm just wondering if I should be looking for more supportive slippers so I don't have to wear shoes all the time in the house or not....

I'm glad they work for you! They are still working for me, although I seem to do better when I switch my shoes every couple of days. I wore one pair of shoes three days in a row and my feet killed me.

I only wear them when I'm wearing shoes, so rarely in the house. I go barefoot and I've been just fine. I'm pretty lazy at home though.
