Last week, out of the blue, I bought plane tickets to San Francisco.

I bought a Ryan Lochte shirt impulsively.

I'm buying some boots this week. Probably tonight.
And a North Face jacket. I decided this morning.

I also kissed a couple of guys Saturday.

I bought a new pair of glasses without having a friend or family member give an opinion. They were almost $800 and now I'm not sure I like them.

Wow - that's an unflattering photo!

I bought one of those spa-like wraps for when I get out of the shower and a Mason Pearson brush. Then I bought the original Buns of Steel on DVD.

That's all I can buy for a while now.

LoloDSM -- love 'em!!!

We usually stay in the $59/night Econolodge type of places, but this time we booked a really nice hotel for our week in New Orleans. Like more-than-double-what-our-plane-tickets-cost nice.

Lolo, the glasses look great!

I bought some shoes, but I don't consider that impulsive. I need some shoes for fall/winter!

The impulse wasn't recent, but I just got back from a fabulous vacation in Greece and Turkey that I impulsively booked back in February. Totally worth it

Those are awesome glasses and you looking rocking hot in them!!! If they are really different from your previous ones, you may have an adjustment period to get "used" to them, but they look super flattering on you

ETA: I went back to work today - first day this week - and I should not have. Blech. Sick at work sucks. I wasn't going to go, but then I decided, now or never. STUPID.

I just recently switched my style of glasses.... greatly (small silver frames to larger black frames) and there was definitely an adjustment period (they still freak me out sometimes, and that was 3 months ago).

Your $800 glasses look fabulous! Great impulse buy!

The other day, I cut my hair, late at night, after Springcurl posted a gorgeous pic of her with bangs. So far, the bangs are great the first day. Day 2 - ugh. Day 3 - back in a headband. Shampoo and start over with Day 1. Note to self: do not give yourself bangs. It will take at least 6 months to grow them out. Gak!
