I miss "Gee, Your Hair Smells Terrific," because it really did smell terrific. "Lemon Up" was nice, too, although I think it stripped your (gy) hair.
Concord Grape pop-tarts were excellent. So were Danish Go Rounds, but only my brother and I remember those.
I also miss quaaludes, though I never failed to disgrace myself after taking one.
And there were those weird shaped faintly Swedish telephones; loved 'em.
A great new product is "They're Real!" mascara by Benefit.

One of my roommates from college always had the best hash and other stuff. The funny thing was she was the daughter of a cop. I wish I could remember what the name of the ones that looked like the candies stuck to paper. Dots? Or is that the candy name? LOL

Hahaha! I love where this conversation went.
Thank you again B Wavy! That would be great.
I miss the smell of wella balsam and apple pectin.
And I absolutely miss parts of my misspent youth. I have plans to revisit it when I'm 80.

Yes I remember Creme of Nature's original formula. I have a little of the shampoo left. It's old but I'm clinging to it...lol

I miss Dove Go Fresh body wash with the eucalyptus oil in it. Made my whole body tingle. I miss Soft Batch chocolate chip and Jackson's BIG soft lemon cookies (old school).
However I have found a GREAT love in coconut oil and comfort in my hair pamper days. Since being unemployed, doing my hair has been a needed comfort and uplift.

I miss La Coupe Silky Smooth Conditioner, cones and all! Rated #1 in our own Conditioner Chronicles. Where oh where have you gone?
New find: homemade ice-cream. Nope, I don't make it myself (my cooking is limited to toaster and microwave) but I found two places that make it in walking distance of where I live. Now...is this a good thing? (it sure is a taste good thing)

You can still get "Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific" and LemonUp shampoo at Vermont Country Store.
Natural Shampoos | Hair Conditioners | Discontinued Shampoo
I miss "Long and Silky" and "Short and Sassy". Loved both lines.
For the most part, though, I think personal care products are a lot better now than they used to be.
My favorite new-ish products are Urban Decay nude eyeshadows. I looked at their collections "Naked" and "Naked2", but there were too many sparkly ones in there and sparkles look awful on women my age, so I made my own collection by buying their matte nudes separately and putting them in their build-your-own-palette thingy. Oh, I love them. They are the nicest eyeshadows.

I'm pretty sure pot is still around.
Unless you mean you just miss having pot. In which case, I agree.

Tried it this morning. Not for me. Really REALLY not for me. Or maybe I'm just using it wrong.
I also miss Revlon Outrageous Shampoo and Conditioner.
I don't have anything new that I can't live without, but I'm trying a few new things right now.
Wait, can it be food? If so, Cool Brew coffee concentrate. It's a local brand and I'm only just getting around to trying it. EXCELLENT iced coffee for lazy people.

That's the candy name, unless you're thinking of "blotter."
