The second part of my curly's gift came today! Just have to pick up a few more things and then finish up a little something. Hopefully it'll be going out on Sat!

I had to laugh when my hand was tired from writing in the card. That's the most I've hand written all year!

Me too Minxy. I haven't finished making the last gift. Fortunately I picked up the last piece last night so I should have it out by Monday.

I'm starting to worry about my package. It's been sitting around without a tracking update for almost a week. Not necessarily unusual for where it's going but still. It's close to it's destination so why isn't it there yet?????

If only the post office could take it one step further and let me know if my curly has opened her gift yet.

I mean, it wouldn't be weird for the postal carrier to hang around and wait and watch, would it??

I love you, Springy! You made my heart singy!
Im going to post a picture later. I got 2 pairs of really cute striped socks, chocolate covered almonds, various loose candies, bath soaps and a puff, a Hello Kitty pad w/ pens (yes, I love HK!), and the sweetest card but I really think Calvin wrote it! Oh yeah,, yeah! Two very pretty goldtone barrettes - one topped with a butterfly and the other was a heart! My son was dancing in anticipation when I got home. "You have a package." We oohhed, ahheed and sampled. Everything was delicious except the soap. Yes, I tried to eat one because I thought it was candy. My nose is all stuff and I couldn't smell it and didn't read the label. It is in what looks like a cookie wrapper. It's all good. I chased it with chocolate!

ETA: Calvin included a present for my kitties! I would post a picture of it but I can't find that. lol They snatched it as soon as I unwraped it and took off.

YAY!!! I'm dying over here that you tried to eat the soaps! LMAO Those were from a local soap maker and she had those little sample sizes, which I thought was fun instead of a full bar. I guess the bakers twine I wrapped around them did sort of make them look like edibles!

Those hair clips have a little glimmer of purple in them since that's your favorite color, hope you can see it. It's lighter than I had hoped, but still pretty!

Calvin shopped local for the kitty toy, he insisted I buy it when it was spotted at a local craft fair. He's all about keepin' it green.

Let your son and hubby know I added all the loose candies for you to share with them, I wanted everyone to be included.

So glad you like everything!
