Favorite Scent (i.e. Fruity, Vanilla, Flowery, etc): Fruity! Definitely fruity. Mango, Grapefruit; anything fruity.
Favorite Hobby (i.e. Scrap booking, Photography, things you collect, etc): I love movies, and a good book (sadly, I do not have time to read right now). Sleeping (although I sincerely doubt the latter will help) :icon_smile:
Favorite books or types (romance, true store, mystery or just one you would like): I really like YA fantasy books. Books like Fablehaven and the Bartemaeus Trilogy are among my favourites. I rarely read non-fiction, but my lecturer has been recommending "Confessions of an Economic Hitman" for some time now, so maybe that one.
Favorite animal: None in particular. Wait...no, monkeys are awesome.
Favorite movies or types (romance, comedy or just a DVD/VHS you would like): Old movies are great. Like from the Golden Age of Hollywood.

Do you collect anything? Starting collecting nail polishes recently.
Is there anything (not expensive) you want or need? This or this or just about any nail polish colour under the sun would be good. :) This is a good place to start, or here. or simply some nail tape would be okay. As for shirts, I'm about a medium.
Do you wear accessories/jewelry? Yes. Silver only, my ears are pierced. I love hoops, pretty much never wear rings or bracelets.
Anything else you would like your SS to know about you: Nothing comes to mind right now.
Are you allergic to anything or have anything in particular you prefer NOT to get (like food, hair stuff, lotion, etc): Food stuff might be really hard to send because it (1) Will probably never make it to me- thanks customs and (2) Will probably have melted or expired by the time it gets to me (no joke). I started locking my hair so hair stuff might be a bit tricky. As for nail polishes, I'm very much on a matte/suede/velvet kick since they are so rare here, I would love any colour in those finishes. I'm also a bit partial to Revlon because they tend to last the longest (for me).

Jeepy's likes/dislikes for 2012. Not really much different than any other year. : )

Likes: I love things that are made locally. I love lotions and potions and hair stuff and beauty stuff and nail polish. I love scented candles and soaps and oils and bath stuff.

Dislikes: I'm not fond of flowery scents or frilly fancy things. I live a very casual life.

Favorite Type of Food: I love food, homemade or out of a can. I will try anything, no matter how odd or unusual. Again, local is great - things like local honey, candy, or something your area is known for. I love food from any area of the world. I love spicy, flavorful things. I love to try different kinds of teas and hot chocolate. I love to cook so anything like dried herbs or flavorings is always pleasing.

Favorite Candy: Atomic fireballs, really good caramel, very dark chocolate (70% or higher cacao) from different countries especially ones with unusual flavors.

Favorite Scent: Again with the food - vanilla, chocolate, lemon, orange, mint, sugar, spice.

Favorite Hobby: Gardening/landscaping, the beach, hiking in the woods, cooking, reading, nature.

Favorite books or types: I love books but don't read many novels anymore (too many migraines). I like 'coffee table books'. I really love magazines. Just single issues of any magazine or your local newspaper would be great!

Favorite animal: Cats.

Favorite movies or types: I prefer high intensity/horror/scary/thriller types and especially like anything about serial killers. I don't care for animation in any form.

Favorite Color: Red, black, turquoise, terracotta.

Favorite Music Artist/Type or a CD you would like: I don't really collect music and get most everything I want for free on youtube, but I like most anything. Zeppelin is my all time fav and I love classic rock and old metal, but I also love modern pop, modern metal, modern country.

I collect: rocks, stones, shells, spheres (made of stone or wood or anything else), Harley stuff, Ford truck stuff, Jeep stuff, kitchen knives of any kind, Asian inspired things like tea pots, chop sticks, sushi plates.

Is there anything (not expensive) you want or need? If someone sends/brings me a stone or pebble or shell or piece of wood, I am happy beyond reason. It's my favorite souvenir and I have stones from all over the world (weird I know).

Do you wear accessories/jewelry? I love jewelry especially rings and earrings. Love silver (or silvertone), big bold pendants, rings, hoops, dangles, real stones or sparkly glass, biker jewelry, hippie jewelry, I like it all. I love fuzzy socks. I am not a fan of decorative scarves.

Anything else you would like your SS to know about you: I'm not as fussy as I sound sometimes. I am easily pleased and the simplest things make me happy. A bottle of nail polish, a shiny stone, a new magazine, some new tea to try = a happy day for Jeepy. : )

Do you celebrate Christmas? (Be as specific or not as you wish, not trying to make anyone uncomfortable.): After a fashion, I'm Pagan not Christian so I celebrate the winter solstice. We put up all the decorations you might see at Christmas to include a tree. We burn a Yule log and save a piece for the next year.

I also have a lot of pictures without frames of all sizes (I prefer black wood or silver toned to match what I have already), so that would be awesome. Favorite Candy (things that won’t melt or go bad in mail) : JORDAN ALMONDS!!!!!!!! yum!!! I can eat pounds and pounds at a time. And I've been craving a rollo de guayaba like crazy, so if anyone knows of a place...... :wink:

Favorite Scent (i.e. Fruity, Vanilla, Flowery, etc): For candles and scenty things I like fruity scents the best. Coco mango, strawberry. 'Island' scents (the ones that are beachy n fruity at the same time). I'm not really a scented lotion person. I wear Beautiful Sheer as my regular perfume so I don't like it to clash with my lotion.

Favorite Hobby (i.e. Scrap booking, Photography, things you collect, etc): I do beading (I would love a great big something to use as my center on a necklace or something), cross-stitching, crotchet, knit, puzzles (I love puzzles like nobody's business). I like to play board games, but I currently only have Monopoly. I also enjoy word searches & kakuro. I collect art books (but only from the bargain section of the bookstore. I'm poor and I like the books with pictures of pinups.... and lighthouses!!! :wink: :laughing7:)

I haven't bought anything in years so any of his newer books I probably don't have. There is one book that I lent out and never got back that would be nice to have again: Perfume. And of course the art books mentioned above. And the most recent Stephen King book that I don't have is the most current one of the Gunslinger saga. It came out in April and I still don't have it. I'm DYING TO HAVE IT!

Do you wear accessories/jewelry? No. Not really. I am trying to wear more dangly earrings though. But since it isn't really my thing, I'm having a hard time picking ones. They don't look nice on the cardboard thingy and I don't have vision to imagine what it would look like on me. But I usually like them once I wear them. I still feel the same.

Anything else you would like your SS to know about you: I really will love anything. I'm new on my own so Christmas-y stuff is always good if you couldn't think of anything that jumped out at you from my list!

Any likes? I'm the easiest person in the world to buy for! I have lists under my name on amazon and doversaddlery.com, but something local to you is awesome, too. I love dark chocolate or ginger especially if going that type of route. I regularly use peppermint and eucalyptus for aromatherapy because I get migraines but can't take migraine meds.
I am really into concert photography (have no books on it...) and going to small, indie type concerts. I loooooooove learning about artists local to other people.

Not dislikes, but I can't eat anything w/ alcohol, allspice or green bell peppers. I'm not a fan of big chain restaurants, though I do go to Starbucks since that's about the only type of coffee shop I ever go past. I'm not the biggest fan of randon tchotskes just for the heck of collecting whatever, but mention what I do collect below. I mentioned music - I don't buy much on iTunes or other online sources both because the internet's super slow in our rural area and because I prefer to have the CD in hand.

I love most local types of food - cookbooks are always great for inspiration, particularly if they discuss cooking techniques and skills, since I love cooking but have no training in how to correctly do anything.

Favorite Scent (i.e. Fruity, Vanilla, Flowery, etc):
Vanilla or peppermint and eucalyptucs. I really dislike floral which tends to make me wheeze.
Favorite Hobby (i.e. Scrap booking, Photography, things you collect, etc): I collect kachinas (particularly Navajo style) and Oaxacan carvings, especially bugs, I love all kinds of books and have a BN Nook account, have a thing for scarves and hats, despite living in a warm climate.

I'm trying to learn about horse photography, and it's funny that I'm much better at concerts than I am sunlight shooting horses!

So many types... I'm a bookaholic, and enjoy romances for unthinking entertainment, mysteries and legal thrillers for more interest, anything about horses, etc...

Do you wear accessories/jewelry? I'm trying to build up a bracelet collection of different weights and styles. I almost always wear a gold ring but seem drawn to silver bracelets most often, so don't mind a bracelet in a different type. :) I have small wrists, often fitting in larger kid bracelets, or in small adult. I have pierced ears but don't wear earrings a whole lot.

Edit to add: I LOVE fun socks. I have little (size 6) feet, and love getting fun socks when Target has them on sale or something, but have trouble convincing myself to spend more on fun socks if boring ones are less expensive.
