I'm nervous....and antsy. I have to wait a couple hours for Mr B to get a break in his day so we can go vote. I live in a small, rural area, and in years past I've never had to wait - usually in and out in 5 minutes. It will be interesting to see if it's the same this year.

In the meantime I've received 3 phone calls in the last 45 minutes from the Republican party wanting to make sure I've gotten out and voted today (I live in Virginia). How...thoughtful of them. Two of the calls were recordings (one was Mittens - hah!) and one was a "live" person calling. Ugh.

I'm a little nervous but hopeful. My sister and friends from Florida told me the lines are super long where they live. People are waiting 2-3 hours in the rain to vote.

Total time was almost 4 hours in Central Florida. Over 3 hours before actually getting checked in to vote. My husband waited the whole time, luckily I was able to sneak into the line with our son.

Happy to report news of big turn outs and lots of Obama support here in Central Ohio!

I haven't heard of anyone getting turned away or any sabotage.

A lot of new voter registration and door-to-door canvassing in Black neighborhoods until late last night.

This election is going to be decided in Ohio and Ohio wants President Obama back in office!

Glad to hear that. I'm cautiously optimistic. Just have a good feeling
