What are your fav travel Destinations?
 
Hey everyone,

I LOVE to travel and I try to go on a trip every few months. I'm curious to know what your favourite destinations are? (places you have been that you really liked) OR what are your dream destination travel spots?(Places you want to visit)


My top favourite if I had to narrow it down would probably be:
Exumma Islands Bahamas
St Lucia
St Maarten
St Thomas
Hawaii
Jamaica
Puerto Rico
Honduras
Belize
In a few weeks I will be in Aruba so I am looking forward to that.

Places I would love to go are:
Egypt
Thailand
Dubai
Spain
Italy
Greece
Turkey
China
Paris
Bali
India

To travel, Italy & China are my absolute favorite!

For vacations, St.Maarten, St. John and the Dominican are at the top of my list :)

Forgot where I would like to go. Chile and Dubai are the next biggies!

Paris and the South of France were great! I'd love to go back sometime, because I didn't get to see all of the stuff I would've liked to. SO much to see, so little time! I also really liked the few hours that I spent in North-Western Spain. I spent a few weeks in Cambodia - that was AWESOME. Beautiful country, with super nice people and lots of yummy food. Again, I need more time! I hope to go back some day.

I love traveling, but I don't get to do it as often as I'd like, considering I'm a poor college student. :p

Some of my wish-list spots:

Um, everywhere in South and Central America. Specifically Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.

I'd love to visit some countries in the Arab world/Middle East, but my mom would kill me... Some top destinations:
Morocco (my Arabic teacher is from there, and it sounds like a really neat place!)
Saudi Arabia
UAE
Jordan
Egypt
Bahrain

Other general wish-list destinations:

Vietnam
Thailand
Greece
India
Italy
The UK
South Africa
Australia
Croatia
I've also had this obsession with seeing Monaco since I was young... I don't know why, really! But hopefully I'll get there some day.

Malta and Ireland are my favorites so far, but I'm sure once I set foot in Italy that would change ;)

The South of France looks beautiful! I would love to go there as well

Ditto on the Morocco...I really want to go there! I also want to go to India, Venice and somewhere warm and pretty, like the Turks and Caicos islands. You know, just to lie around on a white beach,and dwell in paradise for a week... I want to go to Greece, too :)

I have been to many different places, and I think my faves were Ireland, Hawaii and Belgium...

I have been to Turks and Caicos it was really beautiful, small but the beaches were nice.

Thanks so much! I will also be going to the Bahamas and Curacao during this trip it is nice to go away during the winter.

My grandmother is actually from Ireland...maybe that would be nice too

Ireland is a blast - it rains a lot, but it is so beautiful! We took a ferry from Wales, at Holyrood, and crossed over to Dublin...then drove all the way across to Galway Bay. (three hours, by the way, if the sheep don't stop in the road and block your path ;) )

We stayed in County Mayo, in Baillinroba - it was just - breathtaking. The beaches were SO white sand and SO clean! And the people were awesomely friendly :) If you ever get the chance, I do urge you to go! :D

It's like Newfoundland, only warmer and prettier, with nicer accents! lol...it rocked. I'd go back in a heart beat - in fact, I would live there :)

A lot of the houses and shops are pastel colours.....really pretty! Great beaches, fantastic people and brilliant food! I seem to remember bars being open all night as well ;)

Have you been there before? I hear it is absolutely lovely...though you will be swamped with fellow Snowbirds ;p lol! We were also thinking about one of those all-inclusives in Cuba...I know Air Canada also offers them in exchange for Airmiles. We are very tempted!

We've gone the last 2 years and just love it. Beaches are nice, and the people are amazing. Food at the resorts were so-so, but last year I think we had all but one dinner off the resort and that food was great!

We stayed here 2 years ago. Upgraded to the beach suite and had a great time...

Hotel Aguas Azules - Resort Reviews, Deals - Varadero, Cuba - TripAdvisor

This is where we stayed last year. Great deal, really nice resort, the food was good while it lasted but they seemed to run out of stuff pretty fast. It was right next to Varadero though, so we went into town every night for dinner.

BelleVue Palma Real - All-inclusive Resort Reviews, Deals - Varadero, Cuba - TripAdvisor

Cuba is incredibly safe. 2 years ago it was all girls, last year 50/50 and both times felt perfectly fine out in town late at night.

I haven't been to Cuba because it isnt high up on my list of places to go but everyone I know who has been there tells me the food is pretty terrible!

If you look above the box that you write the post in, you will see a paperclip icon beside the font colour A and the smiley icon - click that, and then you can upload pics. It'll be in a separate pop up box - when you upload successfully, you will see it in red letters under the green upload buttons (you won't see it in the box though till you post it ) Hth!
