I can't vouch for this cake because I don't like pumpkin (LOL) but the rest of my family raves about how easy and good it tastes!
1 large can pumpkin
1 c white sugar
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp each: salt, ginger, cloves
Mix together and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
½ box Spice Cake Mix
½ to ¾ cup chopped pecans (or mix with some walnuts)
Sprinkle the spice cake mix over the top of the mixture in the pan, then
sprinkle the nuts over top and dot with margarine.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
