I was so excited when I found the sushi. I knew I wanted to add something for the kitties but it was just perfect. 6 pieces so they could all have one.
And contraband or not I knew I wanted to get you a glitter polish. That one called to me. I really hope it turns out good

Thank you Thank you Thank you to CurliLocks!!! You sent me the coolest stuff and I loved it all! I even followed directions and read your letter AFTER opening everything and ooh'ing and awww'ing. hehehe...
I got the coolest stretch-beaded bracelets in beautiful purples of different shades and bead shapes!! I truly love them! And the rhinestone bracelet - ooh la la! hehehe...
I got a beautiful necklace with an R pendant. CL you outdid yourself on that one! I love it!!
I also got nail polishes!! Woohooo for gold and silver glitter and purple! And the quick dry top coat is awesome. It's manicure time this weekend!
And the Mary Kay gloss is perfect. I love the MK glosses.
CurliLocks, my dear friend...thank you so much for all the fantastic gifts - you know me well! And your note was so lovely. I miss you too! When are you coming to visit ABQ?

I'm so glad you liked everything! Yes, the list helped, but I did have an inside edge after having met you. That initial caught my eye and I knew I had to buy it, it's got a little sparkly to it!
I know, we do need to make a trip out there to visit friends we've left behind.

A BIG thank you to sarah42! I received your package on Christmas Eve. A card, Esperanza Spalding CD, which has already been played in my car and will be played many times more, and a pretty red necklace made by an anti-poverty group. Great cause, and my favourite colour!

Hooray! I'm so glad it arrived! I was fearing that something had gotten held up in customs and was delayed.
I hope you enjoy the presents--I've bought other beaded jewelry from that organization and I think they are doing great work to support women and promote entrepreneurship in Uganda.

We pull up in the driveway and there is a box at the door and I just *know* it's my secret curly gift!!
gemidevi!!!! You are the awesome sauce, I love everything soooo darn much.
I apologize for the pictures being big, but I'm so excited to get this posted I don't want to take time to figure out resizing.
First up is this scarf, this HELLO GORGEOUS scarf. The color is beautiful and I cannot wait to wear it. Even Calvin was impressed!
These two bracelets. The square one is an enameled blue with a hinge opening and it's so pretty. I don't have a bracelet like this and I just adore it. The other is a stretch bracelet and the beads are iridescent so it's all different shades of color depending on how the light hits it. Love, love both of these! I never would have picked them out for myself (I'm a bad shopper), but I'll wear these a lot.
Wheeeeeee, more stuff I love!!! I got a pretty lip gloss, some pumpkin spice coffee (YAY!!), soft fuzzy cozy socks that I love, a scarf and gloves set that is gray with some silver sparkle thread running through it, and a set from Body Shop of bath goodies in mango scent. What is great about the bath goodies is I sent my secret curly the SAME darn thing, but in vanilla scent!! Gemidevi and I obviously have very good taste in gifts.  The card is too cute, this is one I'll be keeping because I love the picture on it so much.
I can't thank you enough. I love each and every thing and will use it all!

NetG - Thank you again for the tea!!! My mom decided to surprise me and she made me a gallon of "iced" tea and used half regular tea and half Mate Chocolatte. It is soooooooo delicious!!! And I still have many more teabags left for when I want to make it as hot tea. Yum. And yum!

I had it when visiting a friend in NH, and had never seen it in stores here, so remembering you like tea (and are always cold!) I bought us both some when I found it.
