I sure wouldn't let the guests use my good stuff! I would give them some 1 dollar Suave, too. lol

Lol what's wrong with suave? Most of my guests have straight strong hair. Hell even with my hair, I'd use any shampoo/cond provided. If its that important I bring my own. Mostly people who crash are too drunk to drive home and girl friends always bring their own stuff naturally as we are particular about our products.

I use Suave conditioner for shaving - works as well or better than shaving cream and it's cheap! I will let guests who don't use $20 worth per shower use my Jessicurl stuff, but that's way too expensive for the way some people use it.
It's also wayyyyy to oily for a lot of visitors, thus the Pantene which anyone with naturally healthy and shiny hair seems to like.

come with your own stuff! I'll feed folks but that's it.
but when I go to SO's house I have my own stuff there, and he has a toothbrush at my house. I usually stay over at his house though.

I don't use shampoo but I keep a bottle in the house for my sister. And yep, it's Suave.

I always have extra toothbrushes and hygiene items. Not necessarily for guests - I just like a lot of different items. But I would be prepared.
I have never had overnight company myself. The only people that spend the night are my son's friends and they always bring their own stuff.

It just makes me chuckle bc (it's a hairboard...and) boardies are mentioning specific brands and price points and acceptable amounts guests can use and which hair types the different products are OK to use on. Just so much thought and detail in the hair product category LOL

All my bathrooms are fully stocked including the guest ones. I have robes toothbrushes, shower gel, soaps, creams, razors, slippers, mouthwash, those bath puffs shampoo and conditioner, bubble bath items, hair brushes and combs, makeup wipes and even pajamas. My guests never really have to bring a lot with them. My friends stay over on some weekends (they really love my house) and I have family that occasionally stay as well. My sister has her own room and bathroom at my house because we are very close and spend a lot of time together. Usually I travel with my things but I am a bit picky about products.

LOL yea, I definitely wouldnt be buying my hair products to be sitting in the guest bathroom for others to use. I'm sure my straightie hair sister wouldnt care, and would just duplicate hers..but not us curlies!
