Got cleared to go home today...they have me colace and a suppository...still nothing. I do tend to have a shy rigid colon...have a hard time going at work...blah blah. Dr said if I still haven't gone tomorrow...take over the counter laxatives...I'm gonna drink some hot water with lemon and honey...and try to sit up more...that helps

Back on Cones,so now my routine is,wash with Deva No-Poo every other day or so. Occasionally use 365 sulfate free, maybe use low sulfate shampoo mixed with conditioner once every two weeks are longer. I condition with Aussie Moist or HEHH. I style with a little GF TN,and finish up with tons of GN Pure Clean Smoothing Cream. No frizz...slippy, happy hair.

Hopefully getting home and back into a familiar environment will help you get going. Hope you're home and settled in quickly.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

This area is under construction as my hair type changed and nothing works well for me. I shampoo, I condition and pretty much have done nothing but chuck my hair in a messy bun for the past oh...year? Yeah, I'm that lazy.
No...going no-poo or CG does not work for me. It leaves me overconditioned and oily in a second no matter what I use, so that's not what's not working.

I know right! I figured I'd earned a nice present...and since I wanted one for a while...what better time then when I'm gonna be laying around doing nothing for quite a while.

When my bowels seized up the summer before last (landing me in the hospital for a week), nothing helped but Miralax. They tried everything! Miralax and lots of water/liquids. Hopefully you'll get moving once you get back to your own environment.
An ipad mini is a great present for yourself! LMK how you like it when you get it; I've been wanting one too.

Well...I ordered the iPad mini. Can't wait to get it. I'm up making breakfast now I guess it's not so bad. Just tired and sore. At least I can do my hair again. Lol not that in going anywhere or anyone sees it
