And what the hell is wrong with her dressing room?
Cause it's lookin smaller than a decimal!

You know what to do: rate this look (on a scale of 1-10, 10 is the highest)

3, only because I like to save 1 and 2 for true disasters.

The dress is boring, looks dated, is ill-fitting, boring, boring, and boring.

7

-1 the cross-legged stance
-1 the barely-cover-the-toes shoes
-1 not sure if the peplum would fall properly even if her hand wasn't on it
-1 totally lacking in glamour

+ 1 for no cleavage

Amneris 12-20-2012 11:24 AM

I like it, but not for the red carpet. It's a dress I'd throw a jacket over for work, but it's too "boring" for evening.

claudine19 12-20-2012 11:33 AM

Nine.

Unusually modest for Hollywood. I like it.

cailin 12-20-2012 11:34 AM

There's nothing wrong with it per se, she just looks like she's heading to a PTA meeting. Blah

3ish

I agree it's boring! Crooked peplum, which I guess is supposed to be asymmetrical Too bright a color, it doesn't come across well on my monitor.

She should do a smidge more from the neck up too.

Meh, 4. It's okay, but nothing to write home about.

nynaeve77 12-20-2012 11:45 AM

Well, she wasn't at an evening red carpet event, but a morning announcement of the Golden Globes nominees, so I think something more low-key was warranted. I'd give it a six. I like the dress and shoes, but I'm not fond of her hair (too messy) and it could use one bold accessory.

8.

I just like it.

Who Me? 12-20-2012 12:03 PM

I think if it fit a little better and was maybe 3 inches shorter so it came to a more flattering spot on her, and she was wearing better shoes, and put on a nice piece of jewelry, then she'd get an 8-9. As it is I give her a 5--right in the middle. Nothing really wrong with it per say, it's just very blah. Like she just threw it on and walked out of the house.

Its just okay, I don't mind that it is a bit boring and toned down you can't always be flashy. It reminds me of something you could throw on for a casual event or to go to the office. My issue is it doesn't seem to comliment her body very much, it may be better suited for someone else's body type.

6, for a lot of the reasons other people mentioned. The peplum looks weird and it's a little boring overall. I kind of like the shoes and the dark nail polish (is it blue?). The hair and makeup are just meh.

My biggest problem with it is that something looks off about the top/shoulder area. Weird, because I remember saying the same thing about another dress you posted for this series, SL. I think it was Kim Kardashian? The top looks too covered up or not covered up enough. The neck and armholes are awkward.

Shapeless and unflattering.

Does she need to use the restroom?
