Default Washing Microfiber Couch Cushion Cover

Has anyone done this in the washing machine? My son vomitted on my couch last night. I thought that I got it clean last night, but the smell is still there today. The smell is just on the cover and not the cushion itself.

I wash mine all the time. Just a regular wash, then put them back on the cushion damp to dry.

I have washed microfiber fabric before w/o problems.

I would add a little white vinegar to help w/ colorfastness.

Thank you. I am about to go throw that in the washing machine. Then, I get to figure out how to properly clean my recliner that my daughter just vomitted on since I can't take the covers off of the arm rest and side.

Oh no! I don't have any advice on the cleaning, but I hope the kiddos feel better.

On carpet, I remove excess whatever. Douse w/ hot OxyClean water and immediately blot dry w/ white towels.
